First time i ever ate at a papa johns and they burnt the pizza and they left off a topping. They smokin on that good good in there 🤦🏿♂️
I was not impressed at all. Service was fast. Associate was kind. The pizza is not any better than the Little caesar's. For a couple bucks more go to Domino's!

I waited at the door for 30 mins standing right in front of her cause the door was locked she ignored me and acted like I didint exist snd couldn’t even tell me to go to go to the door and she is a manager it was terrible customer service.

When you don't get what you pay for, in my book, that is stealing. Then, you call and complain and they want to bring the rest of your order after you had completed your meal. They would not offer a refund for what they left off on my order. What good is that? So, I did decide to have them bring out the rest of my order, that should have been delivered the first time, so i called back. I wasn't about to just give them what i had already paid for. The second call I made, I was hung up on as I was explaining to another person that answered what had happened. There was absolutely no threats or abusive language and no reason for the person to hang up on me. This is the service that you receive from Papa John's!
I think you get the picture. I would not recommend ordering from Papa John's. Just look at the ratings.
This was the first time that I had ordered in several months due to the same issues. This time i have learned my lesson.

I come here pretty often and it seems like a lot of the time they barely have anyone running the inside. Ive worked in fast food before and at minimum 3 people should be working the inside. I can’t complain about the wait because its not the employees fault they’re understaffed so frequently. The food is great as always but obviously management needs to improve. Papa Johns please do better.

Pizza was floppy not really baked all the way though. Good flavor and the stuffed crust has a lot of cheese in it.

I ordered a large works pizza, 8 parmesian wings, and 2 liter Pepsi. Cost $45 and some change. This order was placed around before 1 pm. Called back after order was paid with my card. Door Dash driver called and said she was at this address and no one there had ordered anything from PapaJohns. I waited called this person back and I was told since the address on their site was incorrect she could not deliver my order to me but she did say the add on the box of my order was correct. I called Papa John’s and they told me they were gonna redo my order. This was around 1:40 pm. 2:55 nothing so I called again and they said this driver went to that same address that was in app which was still incorrect, then the driver went back to the store and said he came to my address knocked on the door and no answer. I assured them no one has been to my home. The address they had again was incorrect. 3 rd time I gave them my correct address and so another driver for Door Dash came out called me and asked where did I live. When he called again he was in my yard but to my surprise he only had a pizza. He told me there was no ticket with 8 piece chicken wings and 2 liter Pepsi. So it was now almost 4 pm before we did receive some food.I called the store once more to talk to the manager who tried to get things in Order. He apologized and said Door Dash would refund me up to $10 from a $45 order. And that was all they could do. Then he told me to come by the store in person.
My thing is this automated system is for the birds and it’s not people friendly and not putting in your information correctly. U rather speak to someone one on one to ensure my order is correct. I also tried the app and it wouldn’t accept any of my bank cards so I was forced to call the store which I spoke with the automated line. After all of this I was completely unhappy.
Was at the drive thru, and the girl came to the cash register twice, didn't ask if I helped, or asked me to hold on. Almost 20 minutes.
