I order for staff at the Fairfield by Mariott in Rockingham. Hundreds of dollars a week in revenue. I had to call the restraunt this evening to correct an order and the gentleman hung up abruptly, several times on me. When calling back, he left the phone off the hook for several minutes, then picked up and was very rude and impatient. This was the last of our business Peking Wok will ever see.
This is the second time in which the service was poor. We live approximately 30 minutes from this location, and bought dinner on our way home. Once home, I realized that they had doubled dipped my credit card; double charged me for EVERY DISH! I immediately called the store back, in which we were told to bring it back...well, it was near closing; they closed in 15 minutes, and we live 30 minutes away, therefore, there was absolutely no way to return the food. They didn't even offer to give me 1/2 of the money back and they charged my credit card almost $100 for food that we did NOT receive. Today, on my brothers way home, he stopped there to pick us up House LoMein, a large Shrimp Fried Rice and 3 bags of the Noodles. The Shrimp Fried Rice was mussy and over cooked and/or had been sitting out all day, and the bags of noodles were stale!!! I immediately called back, and the only thing the manager said was 'okay'....then silence. What the heck? There was no apology no nothing. He /they may not be American, however, I know they also have manners and respect where he is from, therefore, there is absolutely no excuse. I then said, 'excuse me' and the only thing he said was 'I'll look into it', then once again bring it back. It's after 7pm, and by the time we /I drive there and back, it will be after 8pm. Someone that actually knew what great customer service was, would have offered at least a 'FREE' shrimp fried rice on your next order, when you return to town' but apparently that's not in their vocabulary. It's clear that they are only about the money, and could care less about great customer service. I am hearing more and more complaints about this establishment regarding poor service and the food as well. We paid full price for food that was not edible, and the only thing he says is okay and I'll look into it? As a manager for over 20 years, this is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. His response is not acceptable on any level. The food is typically fairly good, and perhaps someone simply slipped this time...we are all human. Nonetheless, as a manager, you should at least try to make things right, and he failed to do so both times. Therefore, I/we will take our money to an establishment that has better customer service, and knows how to treat their loyal customers because it is obvious at this point that he could care less! We can't do anything about that, but if folks STOP patronizing this establishment and accepting the poor service and food, HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS, THEIR POCKETS, then PERHAPS they will CHANGE!

Have always loved Peking wok. Great owner, good energy, and great food. Food is always being changed out and stays fresh and hot. Good service and clean. Gets better by the year I believe. Only steady buffet in Richmond county really.

Had the buffet. Everything I tried was hot and good. The server kept my tea glass full and removed plates promptly with a smile. Wonderful service. I'm looking forward to returning in the near future.

Great great great place to eat and enjoy your meal with excellent service. The ladies are so sweet there and they are so joyful and an absolute pleasure to make your acquaintance. Sandy is an absolute sweetheart to be around too! Thank you for makin my time away from home a joy and for the food and service. I will be back 100%

Why was $6.75 added to my bill? The good was bad, very bad. The peel and eat shrimp had not been cleaned. The black feces vein running down the back was still present. The food was not hot. The only decent items were the jello and chocolate ice cream. I'll never patronize this place again!

Above average Chinese buffet in a nice small town. The soups and dumplings were spot on. Plenty of your favorites.

Definitely could have better food on Friday and Saturday nights. Bathrooms need alot of attention. Foe being one the best around honestly lucky I'm giving it a 3.
