A very disappointing experience with a pre-ordered pickup. I arrived at 6:30 PM for a 6:25 PM pickup. After being told our order was in the oven, we waited for 15 minutes before escalating. It then took six staff members to locate our three pizzas, which were found sitting on the cutting bench. This was a 30-minute wait for a pre-ordered item. To make matters worse, one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. When I asked for a remake, the employee was hesitant and told me a manager on a call had to decide. I ended up just asking for a refund for that one item. We were also missing the marinara sauce we had ordered. The garlic rolls were completely bland, and the chocolate pizza was missing an ingredient we had asked to be excluded. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked clear direction. I hope the service improves.

I eat here at least once a week, and always get the buffet To-Go. The only issue I have is the LACK OF different types of pizzas on the buffet. There should be more pizzas to choose from and should ALWAYS have PLENTY to serve everyone. Other than this, my experiences have been great.

Do NOT eat here. It is absolutely disgusting. The pizza spatulas are covered in gunk, they never clean the buffet and there was only 2 pizzas out at a time and absolutely to dessert pizzas. Don’t DO THE BUFFET. Biggest waste of time and money. They need new management asap.

We hit at 415 pm today the worst I have ever seen it packed out guess people trying to get that 11 to 4 buffet price at the last minute no clean forks no clean plates salad bar was empty and very little pizza on bar it took 30 mins to het our drink order asked about getting lettuce and salad toppings put out on salad bar was told the guy who puts out salad stuff doesn't come in til 5 🤦♂️ and they didn't have anyone to wash dishes thats why they were out of forks and pates but there was 7 waitresses walking around I run a business if someone is out you put someone else in that position to keep things running we have eat there many times but today 5/28/25 was the worst experience ever and still paid full price for it but left hungry after being there from 415 til 530 it will be a long time if we ever come back left still feeling hungry.
Our server was lost as a bat , didn't ask us what type of crust we wanted.

Service was decent. Employees were friendly. Took a while to get a refill. It wasn't too busy. They let you request a pizza if you don't see it on the bar. I made a request and didn't quite get what I requested but it was fine I just ended up having to pick off what I didn't ask for. Overall it was decent for a quick bite.
