Not the cleanest Sonic I've been too. Trash cans were over flowing and parking lot was full of trash.

I went to sonic in Rockingham to pick up my online order and ended missing an item and my large fries were half filled. After calling the location Nate explained they were out of the specific item i ordered and substituted with another item and also gave me to new orders of fresh dropped fries. Besides the items being missing and the fries being half filled Nate went above and beyond to fix the issue and offered great customer service to resolve the issue! Thanks Nate!

Food was a little well done, over fried. It took awhile to get it as well. Seems like they could use more staff. Otherwise we enjoy the meal. Typical Sonic food.

Stopped late night to grab some lunch on my break and ended up with food poisoning. My first and last experience at this Sonic restaurant. I threw up like it wasn’t no tomorrow.

Honestly pretty rough experience here this visit. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, then it was missing an entire meal. We told them it was missing and they went to get it, waited another ten minutes, and they still brought only the drink and side, no entree.

We have Sonic in Wadesboro that deserves a 1. Rockingham is about 18 miles and Lanya was so speedy and courteous. Food was hot and great burger and fries!

Just needs a good cleaning
Do not DOORDASH your food. Everytime I have done so, it was a huge disappointment. Store tries to blame driver. It is not the driver fault for given half of box of old crumbled fries instead of fresh large fries.
Always get punked here.
Service is always insanely slow.
We can't even go there to catch the deals because of the service being so bad.

Service good food good. Need a cover where you order your food. It was raining so I got really wet trying to order.
Food was good service was rude.we had spent 5 dollars for 2 snack wraps just to tide over to dinner. The wraps were very good the new store manager isnt as skilled in customers. 3 cars behind us had food brought out. Literally multiple large bags desserts an what not. I flagged the manager to the window as it had been over five minutes with everyone passing us
I asked why it was taking so long. Her reply was do u want it cold. I was actually surprised at how rude an aggressive she was. I said excuse me. She replied its cook to order for chicken what is this your first time. I mean im from ny an we didnt have a sonic so it was my second time.

Food was fresh and made perfect. This is the first time I've been in a couple years and it was great. Staff are really on point with service all the way around.
Came thru drive thru after work paid almost 5 dollars for a Oreo sonic blast to only have plain ice cream underneath half a cookie on top. Tried calling when I get home with no answer before closing. This is unacceptable
