It is a spacious place and the service of those who serve is good, but I have a complaint regarding cleanliness, on several occasions we have found dirty tables and dirty floors, is there not enough staff to keep this place in better conditions, this includes mostly cleaning... Otherwise, those who serve the food are 100%

The place is very dirty, the tables and floor are dirty. My coffee was terribly made and not how I had ordered it. I order almond milk and they just put normal milk. I wasted my money

Terrible customer service, wouldn't take my cash because I had a $50 bill, the bill was $17 and they wouldn't take my cash, but just really rude and dismissive! And she made my girls cry!! So disrespectful

This place is nasty! Counters dirty. Stuff opened and sitting around. Cartons of milk sitting out. It took forever to get my iced coffee.big bucket of nasty looking watet sitting on the floor and flys everywhere and in pastry display!! Do not go there!!

I’m disappointed. Paying $7 for coffee and then having to warm it up in the microwave because it’s cold is not good. I work 4 minutes from Starbucks no reason it should be cold other than it wasn’t freshly made. If I wasn’t at work I would definitely take it back for a refund.

my wife ordered me a small American, the lid wouldn't stay on and coffee spilled all over my lap. that really burned, I spilled it all over my car and myself, the lid stayed on after it was empty. the heat from the coffee made it not stay on.
