I purchased a grilled chicken footlong sub with lettuce, tom, olives, ranch, vinegar & oil. They were out of onions. Something in the sandwich tasted like it had been in the fridge or freezer too long. I felt sick on my stomach. I threw the sandwich away, and I will never buy another one from there. A friend of mine bought a sandwich from there also on the same day. She said it wasn't good. I couldn't return it, because I live an hour away. I didn't attempt to eat it until I got home. Money wasted!!!!

I stopped in this Subway on 7/31/2023 around lunch time 12ish. There was no one in that store. When I walk in the the lady behind the counter said sorry we are taking online orders only. I haven't put the sign out, sorry. Do you have the app? No and I don't have time for this. There was no one in that Subway, absolutely no one. Why could my order not be taken is beyond me. I have never heard of a Subway doing online orders only. This is completely ridiculous!! I don't know if she lied because she was lazy and didn't want to work or what but I will never do business at this Subway again!! There was absolutely no reason she couldn't have taken my order. Great way to put yourself out of a job, but maybe that's what your after. And what about older people that are not good with technology or doing online orders. You are turning away paying customers. You turned away a paying customer. Really? Do better Subway if this was even true and if not hire workers that aren't lazy and want a job!!! I would give 0 stars but that not an option.

We went into subway and there were 3 people ahead of us and it took an hour for us to order and the the white women wearing a subway series jersey working at 3:00 06/23/23 she was just so rude you could tell by her body language and facial expressions and the way she talks to customers and she would get real rushy and snappy with you this subway needs new workers asap

Ordered online at this location, we were in the area at the time, got home and the order was wrong, tried calling it was just a busy signal so I had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant for them to tell me that they couldn't remake it and they are closed even though online says they are open till 10 so I ask for a refund and they said I had to come back the following day which will be another 15 min drive so I expressed my frustration and told them I shouldn't have to make another trip there and my food should've been made right the first time around and they wanted to get mad at me and told me to shut up and stop talking that they are closed and don't have to talk to me I told them I would be contacting a gm and they said that, that was ok because nothing will be done anyway..... something really should be done about this

Went to subway in rockingham on east broad Avenue and they closed early and was rude to use. They were suppose to close at 9 we got their at 8:25 and all they said was they were closed. And all the signs said closing at 9 even the website said 9 so why did they close early because they were lazy and didn't want to work til they were suppose to at 9

I ordered a protein bowl and asked for extra dressing. They said they'd have to charge me for it. No problem. But they charged my company credit card $1.60 for 1 Kids Toy for the dressing. I called and asked them if they'd correct it. The man was very rude and the woman told me to bring back the dressing and she'd refund my money and I was never allowed back in there. I can't jeopardize my job because they can't ring up dressing right. Looks like I was buying toys.
