I ran on lunch to get a Cantina taco because I had 1 at the Taco bell in Asheboro last night and it was awesome. This 1 from Rockingham is terrible I cannot even eat the taco it smells horrible. The combo comes with 2 hard Cantina Tacos well I ordered and went to the window to be informed they were out of hard shells would I take a soft which is not the same but I said ok because I had to get back to work. It also came with chips and nacho cheese, we'll they left the cheese out. They were not busy at all so that was not the problem. Disgusting!!!!

Ordered inside on screen. Waited 17 minutes, finally someone said what do you need? I said waiting on my order. Another 5 minutes, someone else said are you Doug? I said yes. Now fussing among employees and my order was not even started. Finally after over 30 minutes, and not busy at all, I finally get my order. No apology, not a word. Very unprofessional. Obvious that some of the employees hate their job and it shows. ?

If you want to buy food from this taco bell through DoorDash, don't do it, unless you are willing to wait 45 minutes for the food., not for DoorDash service but Taco Bell employees on the late shift (Friday April 12, 2024) said DoorDash service IS NOT A PRIORITY FOR THEM. Making us wait for 45 minutes and when he asked about the status of the order, then we ask for the regional manager phone number, she asked him to leave the store because they were not going to serve the order. The atmosphere was hostile even with the customers who were in line. They served an elderly person a wrap, without meat, and when she went to ask for the wrap to be changed, the employee told her that that was what there was. As a result, the woman asked for her money back and left.

I ordered a Chessy bean and rice burrito without the refried beans, I substituted them for black beans and they put refried beans on it. I also got the new chicken cantina quesadilla, the problem with this one was that the chicken had been sitting so long that the “chicken” on it looked like beef and was also burnt. I’ve never really had a problem with this tacobell considering I used to work there. I guess once you no longer work somewhere things switch up. This place is so unprofessional, I don’t know if it’s because it’s night time or what. I have no idea what changed in this place because the food used to be good and they used to keep black beans going through the night.

I just had a horrible experience here. The customer service was rude before I could order. The woman says we can only do 1 order per car in a snappy voice. That's a first. Usually, it is 2.I ordered a nacho bell grande combo with a baja blast and 2 hard shell tacos. This order was not worth $16. The nacho bell grande had so much salt on the nachos that it was not edible. Lines of white salt were all over the nachos. And more salt was added to the nacho cheese sauce, which is already salty by itself. I have eaten this meal for nearly 10 years and never had it like this.Seriously, it could have really made me sick if I would have ate it. I threw them away. The food was not appealing with unripe tomatoes on the top. It barely had any meat on it. The beans on it were ok.The tacos were ok as far as taste, but the amount of ingredients in one was very slim, barely meat and cheese with lettuce. The other one was fixed right.The baja was the best part of this meal.Lesson learned checked the chips thoroughly before eating them.This has to be dangerous levels of salt. I will be disputing this transaction.

Asked me to drive around the building to stop their timer. The food was cold. Didn't put in boxes like they were supposed to come had chips loose on the bottom of the bag.
Now this Was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant first off the food was wrong the drive thru worker refused to take my cash and told me I would have to get change and come back and when I paid with a card the food was then wrong so when I tried to tell the drive thru worker she went and got her manager and the manger said if I wanted my food fixed I would have to get out my car and come in and so then I said hell no I’m already been sitting waiting in line for 23 mins and now you want me to come in for something I didn’t do and then I was told that I needed to get out the way because I was running up their drive thru time and when I said no the manager proceeded to call the law and refused me service and then I was refunded half of my order and then I had to explain all this to the law to get the other half refunded and now I have to wait two weeks to get my $30 back because it doesn’t go back on the card immediately so it was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant the help was horrible. They refuse service, and they called the law like it was horrible

These folks don't cut the core out of the green, un ripe tomatoes. I got more sour cream than anything. Very little ingredients for the price of the tacos. I got ripped off. I dislike giving a negative review but taco bell is dead.

I’ve probably ordered here 20 times and not a single time has the order been correct, there has always been something messed up. Cheese not melted, items missing, straight up cold it’s always something. One time i ordered something and called back wanting a refund for what was missing and they straight up hung up. I just want what I pay for.Parking: There are spots
