The girl at the front the WHITE one. The really Tall and LANKY one. Was very very very very very very rude and unprofessional. IT slammed my food and my drinks and CHUCKED my straws towards INTENTIONALLY. I need to speak to someone about this she needs.... sorry IT needs to be tamed. I will NOT stand for this again. Her name was Kellie, Kellie E. Speak to her please.

Wonderful place to get a delicious smoothie or one of the best acai bowl's (With Nutella) omgoodness it's my new favorite thing lol.... Everyone who reads this should definitely go or download the app and order ahead of time... For smoothie I would recommend the Bahama Mama and for one of their bowls definitely the acai bowl me personally I love it with the Nutella but if you don't want it of course you don't have to have it on there, also you download their app and get a free smoothie! Definitely won't be disappointed try it out!!!

Came in to get my typical Açai bowl, which I get 3 times a week.. same exact thing just for the I’m assuming “The Franchise Owner” to say to me in a nasty attitude well you can’t do it that way, and if somebody has been doing it like that they’re wrong and I’m not losing my franchise license because you can’t sub fruit for granola like why the sudden change? Besides the point it’s not very professional on your behalf to be snappy for the sake of 63 cents, I’ve been getting the same exact thing since they even started carrying the açai bowl, I have the receipt/ recent online orders, anyways she got a nasty attitude, you’re already short staffed the least you can do is present a positive attitude and be reassuring instead throwing a card in somebody face talking about well corporate this and that like women please!

Went to the Rockingham location and smoothie tasted like lightly flavored water. I took it back to remake but when he remade it, it tasted worse. I just took my lost and threw it in the trash.. I live tropical smoothie cafe but obviously this location uses less ingredients and MORE ICE.. I’m not sure but never again

I’ve been coming to this tropical smoothie location since they’re been open and last night was the worst customer service. They have these young staff working at night; rude, disrespectful, didn’t speak, poor customer service and no “thank you.” I called the manager this morning and she totally disregarded my complaint as if my concerns were not valid. She tells me she doesn’t have to apologize or make it right because she didn’t see an issue from the camera when she looked at it. I will never go back to this location tropical smoothie in Rockingham again. I will drive to Moore county tropical smoothie, because I refuse to patronize with a business whose staff is rude.

We came in from soccer and waited for a long time. No one stopped what they were doing to take our order or welcome us. our youngest asked a woman if she would take our order and she said in a minute. We left and the people waiting for their food said they had experienced the same treatment before we came in. As we left no one stopped or seemed upset. Employees were choosing online orders instead of who was in front of them. We want to support local, but can't with that service. We went somewhere else.

Everything about this place is good, other than “What kind of restaurant refuses to give customers water?”. I understand them trying to sell smoothies, but what about people with dietary restrictions where they need water. Very poor customer service when u can’t get water with your food.

Been to this location a few times. The food is usually good. The workers aren't rude they just aren't very hospitable, could be early morning hours idk. It's usually pretty clean and hardly ever a wait. It's a good spot to go if you need a minute to yourself.
