I have always ate here at least once a week because I love it but whoever made the orders today was not good. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a chicken pesto flatbread. The chicken quesadilla was missing my chicken, none in sight and the pesto flatbread was DRENCHED in oil. It soaked through the paper inside the bag. This was so bad and not to mention, the food was cold as well as being wrong. I called and I was told they would write my name down because I didn’t have time to go back up there.

I’m giving this three stars because I walked in today we was not greeted. There was a worker standing behind the counter drinking and the guy just came up didn’t say hello ma’am how you doing he just walked up started washing the blenders out then said what can I get you like just no type of friendliness

The girl at the front the WHITE one. The really Tall and LANKY one. Was very very very very very very rude and unprofessional. IT slammed my food and my drinks and CHUCKED my straws towards INTENTIONALLY. I need to speak to someone about this she needs.... sorry IT needs to be tamed. I will NOT stand for this again. Her name was Kellie, Kellie E. Speak to her please.

Wonderful place to get a delicious smoothie or one of the best acai bowl's (With Nutella) omgoodness it's my new favorite thing lol.... Everyone who reads this should definitely go or download the app and order ahead of time... For smoothie I would recommend the Bahama Mama and for one of their bowls definitely the acai bowl me personally I love it with the Nutella but if you don't want it of course you don't have to have it on there, also you download their app and get a free smoothie! Definitely won't be disappointed try it out!!!

Came in to get my typical Açai bowl, which I get 3 times a week.. same exact thing just for the I’m assuming “The Franchise Owner” to say to me in a nasty attitude well you can’t do it that way, and if somebody has been doing it like that they’re wrong and I’m not losing my franchise license because you can’t sub fruit for granola like why the sudden change? Besides the point it’s not very professional on your behalf to be snappy for the sake of 63 cents, I’ve been getting the same exact thing since they even started carrying the açai bowl, I have the receipt/ recent online orders, anyways she got a nasty attitude, you’re already short staffed the least you can do is present a positive attitude and be reassuring instead throwing a card in somebody face talking about well corporate this and that like women please!

Went to the Rockingham location and smoothie tasted like lightly flavored water. I took it back to remake but when he remade it, it tasted worse. I just took my lost and threw it in the trash.. I live tropical smoothie cafe but obviously this location uses less ingredients and MORE ICE.. I’m not sure but never again

I’ve been coming to this tropical smoothie location since they’re been open and last night was the worst customer service. They have these young staff working at night; rude, disrespectful, didn’t speak, poor customer service and no “thank you.” I called the manager this morning and she totally disregarded my complaint as if my concerns were not valid. She tells me she doesn’t have to apologize or make it right because she didn’t see an issue from the camera when she looked at it. I will never go back to this location tropical smoothie in Rockingham again. I will drive to Moore county tropical smoothie, because I refuse to patronize with a business whose staff is rude.
