Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The salad was rotten, and that’s a big no for me. Not planning on returning to this place ever again, and I can’t say I ever liked Zaxbys in the first place.

Place order at 9:12, get there at 9:38. Still isn’t ready? Was told to go to number one lane, waits there 12 minutes no one even came out. Have to go inside to get my food that I place a whole hour ago, so stupid.

First of all, we didn’t even get to eat our food beachside it was taking so long. We waited 35+ minutes and we got a refund and they didn’t even say CRAP. No one was doing anything in the back, and we get a refund the manager pops out of nowhere. And there was atleast 5 people waiting, overall TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT EAT HERE

Didn't get anything. Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Cars in front of me not moving. I left.

Slowest drive thru in Rockingham. Only 2 cars in line and waited 30 mins for a couple wings.

Never have a problem with this place or the workers. Even if the machines aren't workin for certain drinks I still have a blast and enjoy myself. Keep it up.

We arrived at 8:50 pm, the google listing for this location says open until 10:00pm, a staff member locked the door with customers still inside.. we were unable to go in. We went through the drive through and it was still open. You should specify that you close early, and only have your drive through open until 10. We planned on eating inside, drove off our route to do it because we enjoy your food, but this was a disappointment.

I did this review because I forgot to give the young man at the counter the five stars on the receipt when I got it! He was such a blessing so nice and friendly and said he'd only been there for 5 months y'all got a great employee in that young man!

I was in such a rush to get my meal & get back on the road. But honestly my perspective changed when the food took 30 mins to arrive. It went from a fast food experience to a fine dining experience. We just wined on the many different types of ginger ale & root beer selections. Might of got a buzz off the ginger ale honestly. After what felt like a week of waiting, Demetrius, our waitress, kindly brought us our food. Bless his heart.

Im still confused why my salad was called a zalad? I didn’t know when to stop pronouncing everything with a Z in front of it. It took me a while to order because I had to learn, to what felt like to me, a whole new language. I ordered a zhichen zandwirch, zries, zhichen zings, zroot zbeer. I believe I accidentally called my waitress Zemertrius.

It’s been 24 hours after leaving zaxbee’s & I’m still saying about half my words with Z’s in front of them. I really hope this condition goes away. Will be back soon!

Sucked. Terrible service. Took 40 minutes for two plates of food. Employees all on their phones.

Horrible zaxbys location, waited 30 mins for my food while other customers got there’s behind me. Terrible customer service. Employees don’t pay attention asking me repeatedly what my order was after them giving me my receipt. All of the employees were playing around in drive thru.
