Not a bad experience, my first time here at the Zaxby's in Rockingham. I've waited for 30 minutes for my meal but the cashier up front, Sariah, had a charming and caring attitude that made up for the wait. Please give her a raise! She deserves it. I will definitely come back again. But only when Sariah is working.

Food wasn't fresh, young girl at the register was RUDE, and a workers child was running around the lobby and when she wasn't running around the lobby she was sitting at a table by herself with an IPad that was so loud it seemed to be bothering everyone in the lobby. Over all just not a good experience.

The worst service. We waited over 25 minutes for our meals. The manager was on his phone in the dining area from the time we arrived until the time we left - about 35 minutes and doing nothing to help his employees (see pice below). Never again.

Tha wait in the drive thru is always no less than 10 minutes. When I finally got my food the order was wrong. I had to go back inside and once I did that I knew I wouldn’t be back. It basically took 25 minutes for my order to still be wrong.

The ABSOLUTE worst service. Got my order taken and waited 20 minutes to get my food while the employees stood around talking back and forth about taking a break 13 minutes after clocking in for work. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

We ordered 3 meals, drinks were weak tasting, fries were lukewarm and old, chicken sandwiches were weird tasting and lukewarm, one wasn’t all the way cooked. No line but we had to pull up and wait about 7-9 minutes! Another one off the list!
The older lady who took my order around 1:55-2:10 yo her service was the best I been to a lot of fast food restaurants and they customer service sucks but this lady I’m clapping for you thumbs

Went to the drive thru and was told to pull up for a salad. Waited 30 mins went inside only to realize they hadn't drop the chicken. ZINGER MANAGER AND BRiE saved this experience for me. Very professional and courteous. KUDOS TO THEM. Everyone else needs to do better. Its a lot of talking and not enough productivity happening..

What’s happened to this store, it used to be so popular. I pulled in for lunch and there was one car in the whole parking lot. I have we there and they told me they were closed.
