Terrible. Look at the pictures. Raw. Employees don’t care at all and have no respect for the customer. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never be back. Would give it zero stars if I could. Pizza was completely raw! Raw dough underneath. Absolutely disgusting the whole thing went in the trash. Will be requesting a refund and blocking the transaction on my bank.

Waited longer than the 10 minutes for a cheese pizza. I ordered at 6:35 and didn’t get it until 7:09. I was told park over there I’ll walk it out to you. I waited saw other cars come and parked too. Went through drive thru and my pizza still wasn’t ready. Got my cheese pizza and it was slightly warm. Never answered the phone when called NUMEROUS time. So they must have put the phone off the hook because after calling about 5/6 times back to back the phone line went busy the rest of the evening. Never any hot and ready items. The employees seem like it’s a prison and a crime to take our order. I hate going to this place but I kids love pizza. I wish the manager would do something

Ordered a "Well Done" Detroit style, meaning I wanted cooked twice, seeing as the extra toppings. Except for the outer crust, the pizza dough was raw. Not sure why they never listen???

I come here often for crazy bread and every time there is such horrible service and the bread is never made right. It’s either over done or under cooked and then I deal with rude customer service on top of it. Never offered a refund and always have to wait for them to remake it. Today I dealt with a lady rolling her eyes at me because it is clearly overcooked and has no sauce or Parmesan on it. After her remaking it she comes and rudely says she is the only one there and if I don’t like it go to hampstead. After me being very nice and not giving any attitude or rushing her. Just requesting for a better made one because I paid for it.
