Hoy Lechon - Asian Inspired BBQ

Everything that we have tried from here has been absolutely delicious! As a carnivore and a vegetarian, there are plenty of options for everyone. Tonight we had the assistance of both Ting and Wendell to help us select food for our party of 8- and they did an amazing job. We did takeout and the food was all absolutely incredible! Honestly, there was complete silence at dinner while everyone was enjoying their food. Everyone was more than stuffed after dinner and we have plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow, which everyone is anxiously looking forward to.

Absolutely delicious!! I enjoyed the Cebuchon with Pancit noodles and ate every single bite and then my husband’s noodles as well. 😂 definitely worth the stop and worth driving out to if you aren’t in town. I’ll be talking about this meal for weeks. Love it

Delicious food truck with Filipino food! We tried the chicken adobo, lumpia, and the pork belly special. All were delicious. The owner was super helpful giving us descriptions of the dishes. Highly recommend.

We finally made our way up from Avon to this food truck after being told by so many people how great it was...including contractors coming down to Hatteras Island from Nags Head who apparently time their appointments to make sure they can stop when it's open! And they weren't wrong -- the food smells incredible and is so flavorful and delicious. We got the pork and chicken adobo, the chicken insala, and the chicken skewers and it was 100% awesome. So much food it will be two meals for us. And such a friendly greeting with lots of information on the dishes for new people who are unfamiliar with the food. Love this place, we will be back! We want to try it all!

We visit his food truck every time we stay at Camp Hatteras. We love the food and he’s great to talk too. We usually get the pancit, chicken skewers and lumpia.
