the lady at the window at 6am this morning was very sweet i did not get her name but she was a blonde/dirty blonde adult, it’s hard to have a positive attitude at this time of day and treat others with kindness! it’s hard to meet nice people in general. i hope she hits the lotto 10x (plus my fries were seasoned)

Came in on my lunch break with a friend, this older man was blatantly staring at us the entire time, which was creepy enough. But then he decided to team up with your employee Miranda to gossip about our outfits like it was Hot Take Hour at the Deli. Newsflash: we’re not mannequins, we’re paying customers. And Miranda? Girl, you’re on the clock, not in a group chat. I don’t care what anyone thinks of what I’m wearing, but a worker openly joining in on that nonsense while on the clock? The whole situation was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly just left a bad taste worse than anything we could’ve ordered.

Whoever works the drive through window isn't paying attention because my order regularly get screwed up. Missing or incorrect food constantly and no sauce or the wrong ones.

I have only been through the drive through here. The efficiency is great, and food very good.
Just went to Bojangles and ordered an extra biscuits with a meal. Was charged for the extra biscuit but it was not in the box when we got home. Poor service!

The young lady @the window was Extremely kind & helpful! Her name was Arlene I think. She seemed very attentive to me as I'm 71, & nit a 'spring' chicken anymore! I think the supervisor is Shanika & she was helpful!
