Didn’t get the shift managers name but she was the worst I’ve ever heard in my life and I’m in my 40’s. I also own a business in the neighboring town. I will NEVER recommend this establishment. Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 thin crust and 1 hand tossed. When I pulled up to Dominoes in Rolesville, NC to get the free pizza from the slow service from the last time I yet again got slow and rude service. The girl doing the car side took 9 minutes to bring a “guaranteed” 2 minute delivery. Well for the third time I’ve had to call the restaurant because the same employee forgot the sauces I’d paid for. They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. The manager Amber needs to attend a customer service class because she is a bad example for those she's supposed to lead. They get my order wrong then get attitudinal when something is said about it. I kept giving them chances but I'm done. They need to be shut down.
