I only choose this Dominos because it seems as though they make the pizza with love. I had picked up a pizza and it looked good to me however, an associate came to my car and told me to check it because he felt that maybe it was too soggy in the middle. Turns out he was right. He offered to make me another pizza right away with no questions. That is definitely going above and beyond !If you want pizza done right,this location is absolutely IT.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but people either need to stop purchasing here or employees need to do their jobs properly. The fact that I spend about $30 on ONE medium pizza with just TWO toppings, EXTRA of both and it always turns out so horrible. Hardly any toppings. This time I found a deal and used it. Still ONLY two toppings with EXTRA of them. This is such bad service. I completely cut dominos out for months and started going to little Ceasars because their far better with quality and service. I tried to give dominos another shot but this kind of seals the deal. This doesn't even cover the bad customer service. People are always rude when you go in. Never smiling, not nice company. More of YOU'RE a bother that you're walking in the store. I understand people don't like working or can have bad days but this has been EVERY time I go into this location.

Very poor experience. The order took nearly two hours to arrive due to a mistake on the behalf of the store. The food arrived cold. I spoke with the manager whose name was Princess and she refused to refund me or replace the order. She said there was nobody else I could talk to about my issue when I requested the general manager. Very disappointed.

This Dominos location is terrible. The staff there made my pizza and let it sit for 45 minutes before I called and asked if it was being delivered, and they said they were on the way, but in the app it didn’t show them leaving the store for another ten minutes, and I tracked them in the app all the way to my house I’m realtime. The pizza was literally cold to the point the cheese was hard. The staff there also said it was because they were busy, but I find that hard to believe at 2pm on a Tuesday. I contacted Domino’s Support and they said the owner would get in touch with me, but he never did. Never ordering from this place again. The Domino’s in Wake Forest is much better.
