Ok. Shocked? Absolutely. Lets start from when the lady handed me my change and I asked for ones to tip. She looked at me like I was insane so I threw the $5 in ( as if one burger fries and water wasn't expensive enough here. There were only $5 in the tip jar. So, idk maybe that their thing.) I was hungry and craving a burger so lets just eat it. I've never been so disappointed in my life. What was this? The burger was almost as thin as a piece of paper. McDonald's burgers are bigger. Anyway. Never again. Tried to post pictures but no option for that

First time visiting the Rolesville location. Know it hasn't been open long. Very clean Was not busy at the time we went. We were the only customers. We have eaten at many different Fove Guys over the years. We ordered the hot dog with grilled onions, cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and regular fries. Food was mostly normal as at other Five Guys-- except the hot dog was awful. Barely cooked, it was like they split it in half and threw it on the grill for about 1 minute. it on the grill then put it on a bun right frim the pkg. Also,there was only about 1 teaspoon (or less) of onions on the dog and they were not grilled either. Disappointment. We took our food home to eat, so I put the hot dog in the cast iron skillet to brown so I could eat it. But that kind of defeats the purpose of going there, don't you think? The fries were good as usual, though seems like they are skimping on those, too.

Best Five Guys I've ever been to! The 'chefs' made sure my order was perfect and went the extra mile to give me exactly what I asked for. My burger and fries were cooked while I waited - which wasn't very long at all - maybe 6-7 min. After my burger was neatly packaged and placed into my bag the hot fried were poured on top - the small fry is FAR from small! Not sure I'll risk going elsewhere for a burger! Awesome addition to Rolesville!

I was really excited to try this new restaurant in Roseville. We had a great experience. The service was top notch and I really enjoy the food. It was our first time eating at Five guys and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great first experience.

Food came out right on time burger was perfect and the fries were crispy my daughter absolutely loves coming in and eating especially the peanuts
Food was delicious and the staff and management are awesome! Definitely coming back with my family again!!

I enjoyed eating here. The management and staff were friendly. I had a great conversation with one of the managers while I waited for my food, she was very nice. The food came out quickly and prepared just as I ordered. It was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be going back.

I stopped by and had such a great experience, I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They greeted me right away and were patient while I looked over the menu. You can tell they actually care about customer service, which is refreshing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings, and it was amazing .. juicy, fresh, and cooked just right. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the flavor was on point. And don’t even get me started on the fries… hot, crispy, and they give you so many. Easily some of the best fries out there. The atmosphere was chill and casual, with good music playing and a clean, open space to eat. It felt like a spot where you could relax and enjoy your food without feeling rushed. Overall, everything from the food to the service to the vibe was solid. Definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll for sure be coming back!

I’ve never been to a Five Guys before so though I’d check it out. I was a bit shocked at the bill. $45 for 2-burgers & 2-fries. But I figured I’d try it before I judged it. Got home & the burgers were so far from what I ordered, I ended up trashing mine. I understand that mistakes happen but for a first time visit, & to end up going hungry because the order was wrong, I won’t go back ever.
Great food. It's cold inside so wear a coat.
