I absolutely had the best dinner here tonight for a birthday dinner. The food was very fresh and seasoned well. I also felt very welcome even with our noisy kids.

Great place! Food was great! We had two young servers who were extremely pleasant!! It was great to meet you Leo and unfortunately I didn’t catch the other guys name, but thank you for wonderful service!

Ruined Mother’s Day – Poor Service and Disappointing Experience

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our Mother’s Day dinner here was such a disappointment that I felt compelled to share. We were the third party to arrive and order, yet somehow ended up being one of the last tables served—after waiting over 1.5 hours.

When the seafood boils finally arrived, several were missing shrimp, included frozen corn, one had potatoes missing, and came with lobster tails not cut down the back as seen in other reviews/photos. The service was highly disorganized, unapologetic, inattentive, and no effort was made to correct any of the issues until we asked.

We asked to have something comped due to all the problems. The waiter asked us what he should do, and when we suggested a 20% discount, he actually negotiated us down to 15%, which felt ridiculous and unprofessional—especially on a holiday.

The only saving grace was that the food we did receive was pretty good, but definitely not worth the long wait or poor service. Both front of house and back of house did very poorly today.

This was supposed to be a special meal for Mother’s Day, and it was completely ruined by this experience.

The chicken wings were absolutely incredible, some of the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant had a great vibe, with great decor. Highly recommend checking it out

Perhaps the best kept secret in this area! Wish were weren't just passing through town, this could easily become our new favorite go to restaurant. There is a good variety of items available on the menu to suit many preferences. Every item we ordered was well seasoned, and attention to detail is given to plating as well. Beautiful presentation for each dish we received tonight! The sauces for each of our dishes had incredible depth, and truly encapsulated everything I would look for in delicious fusion style food. Our top two fav entrees tonight were the drunken noodles (the scallops in this dish were cooked to perfection) and the garlic and pepper shrimp bowl—so fresh, and savory... you may find yourself licking the bowl clean! Definitely try the calamari, and the zucchini blossoms from the appetizer menu. Service was very attentive and kind—and never once did we have empty glasses. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, music was light and enjoyable as well. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Food was fresh and service was attentive. We love the Granchio seasoned boil bag or seafood pasta.

We picked up fairly often, out of convenience. We finally gave up when our order came through incorrectly. They were defensive and rude.

The service was attentive and friendly and the food was amazing. Found this place by chance but will definitely be coming again.

My family has ordered the Crowd Favorite every Friday they've been open. Today we made our normal order and we were short crab legs. My wife has a food scale so we weighed the crab legs and they were in deed short. I went back and spoke to the owner and she insisted they also measure to food and it was correct. I will no longer be a consumer at Granchio's.

Food was amazing and well made, customers service was great and will definitely be coming back.

the seafood boil of Shrimp, snow crab and crawfish was absolutely delicious. very large portion with very good quality shellfish . Even the potatoes in the boil were great.

Overall we were pleased. We got the bang bang shrimp and a low county boil with shrimp and crawfish. Both the bang bang shrimp and the boiled shrimp were perfect! Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The rest of the meal was average which is why I'm only giving 4 stars and not 5. I would recommend this place.
