Best experience my family and I have had at any fast food restaurant recently. Staff were all extremely nice. Quick to take our order. Food was great! Will definitely be back!

Hardees is good 1/5 of the time (freshness) and its usually on your first and 10th time eating it. But when its hot no question 10/10 whoever was working around 2pm august 13th, made me the best Hardees I've ever had. Frisco burger was sauced up and tenders were fresh 10/10.

This is the second time we have been to this Hardee’s and both times the food has been excellent. Everything came out hot and the order was correct. Also, they have really good coke! I’m not sure of the girls name that took our order the second time we visited but let me tell you, my husband had a complicated order and was super needy 🤣 the girl was so nice and pleasant. The order came out right and the whole time she had a smile on her face. Let me also add after finding this location the first time we went out of our way to eat here the second.

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Place was empty inside and one car in the drive thru. That should've been the tip off there to leave. We put our order in and were told to pull up. There's a truck behind us by then and they were informed to stay behind us. 10 minutes go by...and nothing. Hubby looks at the time and says 10 more minutes and then he's going in. Well 10 more minutes go by and he goes inside to ask our money back. There were 5 or so people in there, taking their sweet time making it look like they were busy but not. He came out asking for a receipt that we weren't given and I told him we hadn't been given one 🤷♀️ so he went back inside. The manager lady did end up refunding us but had to shout at the others to *STOP* making our food...20 MINUTES LATER. hadn't even started making our food. extreme lack of making the customer aware that they didn't have certain things available and/or being out or having to make things from scratch and asking if it would be okay to wait. I love Hardee's but I will not ever go to this location again. First and last time. Arby's gives better service than this.

Stop in Hardee's today got the $5 bag lunch that is the best deal I have found lately you get a lot of food for the money better than Wendy's and McDonald's and Burger King in my opinion

We got the Ham N Cheese, Double Cheeseburger, Fries, & Drink. The Double Cheeseburger was overcooked & hard - not edible for me. My husband said his Ham & Cheese was ok. French Fries were so tough my dog had a tough time chewing them. We are Hardee fans but not for that meal. Please improve our quality of food when we get take-out. Husband is 92 & I'm 91. We just don't run around like we use to but we have always enjoyed Hardee's.
Parking: No problem. Food was horrible.

I should’ve known better. After craving a burger for some time I stopped at Hardee’s. So when I opted for the $5.99 deal I chose 2 cheeseburgers. When the girl behind the counter asked what would I like on the burger, she followed with a number of condiments. This is where one should request anything but what is recited. These burgers were awful. Not warm. Not juicy. Not anything but cold dry nothings. Cheese had even chilled. I’m not sure it had any mustard or ketchup on them. I gave service a good review as she was personable and fast.

Thank yall for being on door dash! I’m pregnant and I love your breakfast but I work in the mornings so I can never get any. And my food was soooo good. The tea was made perfectly. Thank you all again so much!
The teenagers in the drive through are great. The food is dry and average. Fries are good, burgers are missing the spot.

Brandon at this location is hands-down the most fantastic worker they have. I do not know if this young man is a manager or a manager in training but every time I see him there, I get my order quickly and it’s always correct. He’s courteous and communication is top-notch. He has single-handedly restored my faith in the Hardee’s at the Rolesville location on Main Street. Thank you so much, Brandon, for taking pride in the work you do. We appreciate it!
