We have used Jam Ice Cream for several of our parties at work. The service has always been great and the ice cream yummy. Highly recommend using them for your next event.

The person working the truck was pretty rude. There is a display of syrups sitting outside of the truck and my daughter went to add some on her ice cream. The man working shouted very aggressively “THOSE ARE NOT FOR ICE CREAM!!”. There is nothing labeling them as not being for ice cream. It really left a bad taste in our mouth. If you don’t want people putting the syrup on their items, they need to be clearly labeled as for snocones only.
The posted sign also says cash discount and we will still charged full price even though I paid cash.
The ice cream was nothing special itself. It was fine.

The warm apple pie sundae was delicious! Wish I got a picture but I ate it too quickly. Had it at my college's Halloween event. There was understandably a bit of a line, but I'd say it was worth the wait. Plus, the guy worked quickly. Hope my school brings you back for another event!

I really wanted to be able to buy a dessert from this beautiful food truck - however, the lady running the truck was less than kind when delivering the message that the truck was for a private event - parked in an office building parking lot. I am very understanding of it being a privately catered thing - your delivery is what was off-putting.One small piece of advice, rather than turning someone away by saying you can't sell to them because it's a private event with a scowl on your face, smile - trust me, smiling goes much further than coming off as just plain rude.

Only complaint I have is I had to wait awhile for this truck to be back in my area. We bought from this truck a couple months back and loved it, finally today I noticed the truck was going to be down the road from where we were at the time so we took the opportunity to buy from them again in my opinion the snow creme is the best. I will be watching their schedule to see when they are around again.

Cash only, but doesn’t say ahead of time. Owner has the vibe of a taxi driver whose card machine just stopped working as you get to your stop.
After providing ice cream, Artie claimed he couldn’t take card payment, much like a taxi driver whose card reader suddenly stops working when you arrive at your destination.
Artie told my wife to come back later to run a card again. We tried to pay with venmo, at which point Artie began mumbling about taxes and audits, or having his bank information stolen, which is rich from someone running a cash only business.
Avoid this place at all cost. There are 10 better ice cream places nearby, no matter where you are, and they all know how to process a credit card.

I had it at a food truck and the lady was so nice and so fast, the kids ice cream was $5 and I had the flavour "kitchen sink" and it was delicious!!! Totally recommend!

Way too expensive and the service was terrible. I ordered $40 worth of ice cream from the mobile unit and was denied one extra spoon. I will never order from that rip off on wheels.

Amazing tried them for the very first time..... this was the first food truck I went to at the Greensboro Food Truck Festival and it still beat the competition for me 🥰🥰🥰. Awesome ice cream and shaved ice options galore ❤️❤️❤️
