Was the best lil Caesars around but now suck so bad every time I go. Pizza isn’t cooked right and to wait a hour for one hot a ready pizza is nuts I won’t be returning

I ordered through the app a cheese, stuffed crust, cheese pizza. We got home and quickly realized it was a Regular crust, cheese pizza. I called and they said that they would add it to my account so I could replace it when I wanted to; regardless of who was on shift. I called and the General Manager said because that specific shift manager wasn’t there, they could not help me and I needed to call back when they were there a few nights later to have The correct pizza order. I get different locations/franchises. However the same location handling a complaint this way is just not best business practice.

Hopefully they will be better in a few months once their staff has had some adequate training. Lots of errors on our order and did not receive toppings or type of pizza that we paid for.

Have been here several times with no issues. The pizza is good and the prices are great. They cooked an extra pizza on my last order and gave us the extra for free. Patricia helped us and was very pleasant.

Tried to call and order 3.5 hours before they closed, they started to take the order then someone else said they said they can only do in person orders. So we say okay be there soon, not even 15 minutes later we pull up and they closed down. Make it make sense🙄😒

This is a perfect place to get inexpensive and very tasty pizza! People in reviews here complain about late orders or long waits or staff being apathetic. For me, a well seasoned Google local guide for over 8 years -- NONE of the above complaints has ever been experienced!! Staff was polite and attentive. 🍕 Pizzas🍕 were always on time. First time I walked in and ordered. I waited like 5 or 6 minutes and pizza was ready. My wife and I loved it. Second time I ordered, I downloaded Little Ceasars app and ordered 2 1-topping pizzas for $4.99 each. I left a nearby town after I ordered. I drove like 6 minutes and there were my pizzas in the Pizza Portal warming cabinet. I entered my code and door opened and I grabbed my supper. Simple, easy, elegant operation and soon I was 🏡 home.

Great place. There is no Dine-In but even for a take-out place this is some really good pizza! I always get their 3-meat treat. Outstanding. Their Zap Pack seasoning is good on literally anything. We went into this place and asked if they had Zap Pack packets and they said no. Then then offered us a FREE BOTTLE of Zap Pack instead of the packets, which is paid and we got it for free! Amazing staff, pizza, and restaurant. 5/5 stars.
The pizza is great sure it may taste weird for others but it’s a better price then dominoes and Pizza Hut and all the others I spent 5 dollars on a pasta from dominoes and 12 for a pizza and it made me spend almost 40 dollars not including delivery little ceasers is better overall 10/10

Called in to place an order was told to wait a minute then they said can I take your order and then started to place order and then they were very rude and said you need to wait a minute. Waited no one ever responded but you could here them arguing I. The background and they hung up on me

Been here a few times. Love the pizza, pretzel crust and crazy puffs. Its a pity we always have to wait in drive thru. Multiple times no one was or showed up at the drive the window. Until I either call the restaurant and let em know I am there or knock on window. That's if they even answer the automated phone system. Then they always want me to go in. Just close down the drive thru if you're not going to have someone there.
