The worst customer service . I called to place an order and the girl was on. The phone was so rude.

We have placed an order through uber eats 4 times and received our order twice. The first time our uber eats order was brought to us by someone in a Pizza Hut uniform, with Pizza Hut branded delivery bag. The second time we waited 45 minutes for the store to cancel the order. The third time 2 delivery drivers went to the store and left because there was no order. The third driver called us because there was no order for us and the store told him it was already picked up. We also called the store and they argued with us. The uber driver was super awesome and offered to wait so the store was forced to make the food. This last time we ordered our order was immediately canceled by the store. Not exactly sure what kind of hot mess is going on there but I’d advise anyone to avoid. Go to the Pizza Hut in Louisburg or anywhere else really.

I have ordered delivery from here several times and almost every time the breadsticks are messed up. Half the time they don’t have any seasoning at all. The pizza itself was great but it’s really frustrating to be looking forward to some good breadsticks only to receive plain, dry ones.

They put sausage on my pizza when I ordered beef. Took it back. Manager was very rude!!! Wouldn't refund it and didn't offer to re-make it. Will never go bk there again *Personal pan with beef pep & xtra cheese* Jan 21st around 4pm

Order was all messed up. I ordered a large, but got a medium, told the deliver person they said it was a large but it only 12 inches. Then tried to call, it all overseas staff for the phone , they keep transferring me to the store and no one would pick up for over 30min. Lost out on over $12, its a shame that a local store in Rolesville you can only talk to some call center who knows were. last time ever eating at Pizza Hut every again !!!!

Ordered online. Traditional wings and large pizza with pork and mushrooms. Should have checked it before I left. Got home and I had a pepperoni pizza. No mushrooms, No pork! I hesitated to order from pizza hut as every location has poor reviews. My bad!!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. I ordered the Family Box Special and when I went to pick it up, I noticed the wings were boneless. I was never informed they had to be boneless when I placed the order, and my family and I don't eat boneless wings. I politely asked to switch them to bone-in wings, and the employee first said I would need to pay a $4 difference, which I was fine with. But then she changed her mind and said it would actually cost $14 because she couldn’t ring it up properly.
When I asked to simply swap the wings for the pasta that was also an option, she rudely refused. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager, all while maintaining a rude and nasty attitude. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it ruined our meal. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.

Don’t order curbside pickup. The link to notify them that you’re there doesn’t work, then when you call, it says they’re busy servicing other customers. I tipped because I’m thinking I’m getting my Carryout order brought to me only to have to walk in. This has happened to me all three times that I’ve tried.
I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times now and I usually don’t judge based on one time, but every pizza we’ve gotten from here has been subpar. The pepperoni pizza we just got was overcooked with minimal sauce and cheese. This is what probably caused the center of it to be stiff and dry.
It’s a shame because I like pizza hut but this one has missed the mark multiple times. It just doesn’t compare to the other pizza spots in the area, at least in my experience.
