We are big fans of pizza hut and this one is as good as any other pizza hut. These pizzas are not the best but they are very good and at a good price. We enjoyed our stuffed crust super supreme pizza. We will go again.

I tried to order pizza from the app, but it didn't work well. It wouldn't accept my credit card and kept telling me I had to put in my car color even though I had it set for delivery. I went on the web instead and was able to order. I signed up for text messaging. I received a text message that my pizza was out for delivery, but never received a text it was delivered. We waited and waited, then decided to check the front door. The pizza was there and now cold. What is the point of signing up for text messages if you aren't going to indicate it was delivered? I had pre-paid a tip to the driver that was a good tip so not sure why he/she didn't close it out by sending a text it was delivered.

Tried to order online, website wasn't working. So I call in like anyone would.They got all my food wrong and I was transfered two times. It's amazing that we can't process an order and then charge me $50 for the same deal online of $31.99. You guys were better off sending me AI to take my order.

My order wasn't correct. I had to wait for the pizzas to be remade.The cashier was friendly but she only told the customers what she thought they wanted to hear. One man complained about his pizza missing toppings that he paid for and she said I will make sure it's correct this time. The cashier never spoke to anyone about anything. She never walked away from the register. I witnessed 20 minutes of lies.
I ordered 2 pan pizzas, but got 1 pan and 1 hand tossed. Not the biggest issue, but when I called them about it, they transferred me around and then told me they could give me the number for corporate. They didn't try to help me at all. When I finally spoke with someone who could transfer me to the manager a second time, she said they were no longer taking transferred calls at the moment. This means they just wanted to ignore me. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager's name was Aisha who transferred me around and then wouldn't take any calls. She sounded lazy...

Whole staff that I interacted with was super nice. Food was great (especially the breadsticks as always). I feel bad that I did not get the two ladies names, but I’d messed up my pizza order and was willing to pay for the corrected replacement and they let me swap it, and put the rest of my food in one of the bags to keep it warm.

I haven't eaten in a Pizza Hut for years and years. But I showed up an hour early for my workshop so decided to get a bite to eat. The restaurant I'd have normally gone to I figured would be too busy. Pizza Hut was really busy too.I was warmly greeted when I walked in and I went with a personal pan with pepperoni. I was told it would be 15 minutes and there were chairs to wait as this Pizza Hut is Take Out and Delivery only.I think it took closer to 25 minutes. I can't fault them for that as they were making the pizzas as fast as they could and there were just a lot of orders ahead of mine. They had everyone check their orders before they left to make sure they were correct or needed to be fixed.I was given Parmesan cheese and napkins which I knew I'd need. The pizza was very hot so I needed to let it cool down a little before eating but it was pretty good. I'm not sure if it was nostalgia but I enjoyed the pizza.
