This Sonic needs to get it together. I bit into my chicken today and it was RAW inside. Fully raw. This isn’t the first time their food has made me sick either. Serving raw chicken is dangerous and nasty.

Me and my son drove to sonic for the first time . I was shocked that the Foot long hotdog was very salty! My son's chicken tenders were either stale or overcooked and the small soda is a scam!!! One star

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The new shaded screens on the drive thru window make it so that I as a customer cannot see in and the employee took my card to process payment then shut the windows and took a few minutes to do that. What was he doing with my card that whole time when I couldn’t even see? Then we get our shake and it’s not even full, and the kid handed back my card with the shake and napkins and a straw all in one hand almost dropping my card and making it hard to get my items without dropping everything. I went inside and showed them the shake that’s not full, then they said would remake it after looking at me like I was crazy for expecting it to be full. The girl that helped me was leaning on the counter on her phone when I went in and her “remake” was the same as the original. Then to make matters worse when my son started to eat his shake, there was a hair in the shake. I went BACK in again (after my son already had to go in himself to get a straw because they had taken it out with the first remake then never gave us another one,) and asked for a refund. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the wrongs done here. She just walked away with the shake and said nothing leaving me awkwardly standing here wondering what was happening. A waste of 20 minutes total of my time. Will not be returning to this location, clearly not well managed and there is zero customer service here whatsoever.

I am confident this is a terrific place to get tasty food. My father-in-law ate his dinner here and enjoyed the meal. He and I were next door in the open field to watch the fireworks.

My son was stung twice (very quickly) by a wasp while we were standing at the ordering menu — the nest was right next to the menu! When I let the staff know, they seemed completely indifferent and offered no help or concern. Extremely disappointing response to a safety issue, especially with children involved.

Ordered a Smashburger online and had to wait 45 minutes after I got there to get it, and it was a regular hamburger. Complained on their website and got no response. Won't be back

Orderd one container. Waited 10mins for them to cook. THEY gave me half full container. When I got to the bottom there were crumbs and pieces, Not fried Picked spears... crumbs and pieces. WhY?
I paid for Pickles and waited. Everything they asked. I'm disappointed won't be back for a while.
