Bad service. I ordered, my order was right but the screen was busted on the pay screen so I couldn't pay using card. He handed me the food and took my card and I realized they had changed my order (because the price and 1 item was different from the screen once got my receipt). I asked for the right item after already being charged and they told me they didn't have that item available. So pretty much bait and switched me with another item and charged me without informing me. Honestly kinda crazy.

We pulled up and ordered and said they didn't have the oreo cheesecake blast but its on the menu, they did t want to make it. They tried to give our order to different people we heard what they said and it was our order then they maid us wait then brought the same tray back out to us. Bad service

I tried to order ice cream, they were all out, tried to get lemonade, all our again, settled for sprite. Tried to order pretzel twist, all out again, ordered garlic butter burgers for my with and I and a large side of onion rings for me. Both burgers taste like they were cut off the backside of the cow, not figuratively but literally tasted that way. Couldn't even stomach 2 bites. Parking lot was clean and service was good for what I got but just not what I wanted nor expected.

I ordered a number 1, cheeseburger combo. I thought lettuce and tomato comes on the burger however I only received bread, meat, ketchup mustard and pickle. Prices have increase, snd when customers are paying for the increase we expect to receive what we pay for!

I used to enjoy this location until “recently” - 6 -12 months - they’ve made a clear change & now allow their burgers to sit in warming trays - “au jus” - quality is now 0. Owners, did corporate allow/bring this practice back, or is it just laziness? It’s disgusting. Will never be back.
