Got dinner tonight, great customer service, but one worker had her hair out and it hung on her shoulders with no hair net just hat. I thought I sure hope no hair falls...get home and there goes her hair in my sandwich 🤢🤮

Said hello into the speaker after waiting in drive thru for almost 10 mins after i had already repeated my order twice , only to be yelled at by the employee. Will not go again if that employee is thereManagement needs to teach proper customer SERVICE to children that work there

Had a total of 6 hands touch my sandwiches along with the fly's hanging out. They're answering the phone, ringing up on the register restocking and not one of those 6 hands changed a single glove. Sandwiches just thrown together, employees rolling eye's when I mentioned how many hands have to touch one sandwich with no glove change. I personally won't be back. Manager just stood watching my conversation with his employee & watching her roll her eyes as if he was dumbfounded ?

Eat here often, a customer walked in, which I believe was an off duty employee started handling all the cups and rearranged them it appeared. Her hands were all over them no gloves. Very unsanitary and no one behind the counter said anything. Glad I bring my own water bottle.
