Food tastes good, fries could be fresher. But my main problem is that they've never ever got my order right, always missed something, thought it was just me, but my husband's order's never been right either, hope it gets better.

I went through the drive-thru at 5:25 p.m. on Friday. They were moving pretty quick for it to be supper time. The food was hot and fresh and they got my half n half tea right.The young man at the window was pleasant even when I questioned the change back when I paid. It was my error and I apologized to him thatI was wrong.Wait Time, Food, and Service all pleasant.

The chicken sandwich was over cooked, almost no meat in one tried of the sandwich. And most disappointing was that they (meanly) two stores close to Asheville, NC did not sell the Chedder Bo biscuit. The store close to Wilson on 264 & 95 intersection did, just fries had what I believe was sugar or some type of sweetener in the serving I purchased.
