The food and atmosphere are amazing. We are so happy we found this place. This was our 3rd time here and we can't wait until our next time.

WOW! I have been wanting to go here for a while and tonight, I finally had the chance. Service was AMAZING, food was SO GOOD and I loved the atmosphere. I actually plan to go back tomorrow night and hopefully get whatever special they have. WARNING... The Brookland Burger is HUGE!!!

We have been here many times over the past few years. The past 3 times we have gone, I have left disappointed in the food. The salads are great. The appetizers have been very good - espeically anything with the pita chips. The drink menu and mixology is very good. But.... I have not been excited about the entress the last few times I have eaten there. The beef is not very good quality. The last two times I ordered the hamburger it was either over cooked or undercooked. I sent it back for being overcooked once and it came back essentially raw, and I almost felt like it was a 'message' from the kitchen when it came back like that. I didn't send it back again that time as the rest of my party was finished eating. Last night my guest and I both ordered the prime rib and we could barely cut it, it was so tough. I thought maybe the knives weren't sharp enough. But really, it took some chewing. For a $33 entree, I feel like it should have been higher quality. The sides were great. The service was ok - the front hostess was very friendly, but our table server was quite business like and rushed. Having been there before when it was cold outside, I came dressed for potentially having to sit in the front room. Thankfully, we had a seat in the back room (which is very nice and was decorated beautifully for the holidays) . Roxboro has not had very high quality places to eat, and this was my go-to for several years, but I think we won't visit again unless it's just for appetizers and drinks. So sorry to say that, but I hope management realizes that lots of 5 star reviews in the past don't guarantee 5 star reviews in the future, unless action is taken to continuously evaluate food, service, and atmosphere. PS, we were happy there were NA beers available this time we visited.

Paid $70.00 for one the most awful dining experiences I’ve ever had. It’s prime rib night and we got there late and the waitress said they were out of prime rib. I asked if the had some bits and pieces leftover. She came back and said they had a end piece but wasn’t sure how to charge for it.. I said that’s fine so I ordered a Reuben also. I watched a table get served the piece that I asked for and they came in well after we were there. When I asked about the end piece, she said I tried.
I’m not much on people that lie.
Not sure about the food, I was too pissed to eat and she knew it.

The end piece was what I ordered and then I added the Reuben and only got the Reuben. I then saw the end piece go to the corner table as an appetizer.

Love the bldg and outside dining area.
House chips were served room temp. , they need to be hot, at least warm.

I had to travel to Roxboro for work and needed to grab dinner. I found that the city doesn't not have a lot of options. This place was the only resturant only 8pm.

You could tell this was the "nice" place to eat in the area. It was not fancy, but you saw birthday and business dinner parties going on. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting and the staff was super friendly.

Now, I know people have their option of the best chicken sandwich. If ypu are anywhere near here, please compare your pick against this sandwich. First, look at the size of that chicken. It was literally hanging off the bun. Second, it was cooked perfectly. Third, the sweet potatoes fries were the perfect side. This place was a hit!

Frequent there when in the area, always enjoy dinning experience - good food & service just a lil pricey but worth it.

Impressive to find a place this good in Roxboro. Comparable to the best restaurants in the triangle and prices are reasonable but not cheap. Small place but you can tell people are traveling from outside Roxboro to dine here. Nice place to go for a special occasion.

My family and I agree that Brookland Eats might be the best restaurant in Rox. The service was fantastic, the food was incredible and it's such a fun atmosphere. We will be back!
