I asked for unsweet tea. I was told they had no tea but I could get a fountain drink. I asked if they were out of all tea. I was told they had tea but it wasn't made. I asked if they could make some since I am unable to drink cold drinks. I was told no. I was greatly disappointed in the uncaring lazy attitudes of the employees!

6/2/2025. I went thru the drive thru. Young lady was slow about taking g my order. Only 1druve thru was open in the middle of the day. Get to windows to pick up my order. Same young lady that took my order. Had an attitude. Frown on her face and still talking rude to person in drive thru. This was around 1:30pm. Drive thru was not busy.

When I went to this location before it was remodeled it was great. After reopening I've had nothing but problems. I haven't been given sauce with my order a single time. I went inside and asked the manager for ketchup and was told I had to wait in the long line of patrons to get it. I am frequently given the wrong food solely because it was inputed incorrectly by the clerks. Today this was the case, I ended up paying for food I didn't order and noticed after I had already left. I also didn't get any sauce with my order yet again. The food I did receive was warm at best. The fries were cold.

They are not toasting buns for your hamburger the bread just come directly out the package which I can do at home come on Burger King they've been closed down for a while now they are putting too much mayonnaise and ketchup on your Whopper you can't even see the cheese or lettuce stop so quick on people food and maybe you can see a better review

This is an updated review: After reading some of the recent reviews, I wont be going back there. Argumentative management and staff is what I experienced just before the remodel and I see nothing has changed.

We stopped here on our way to Virginia. I am not a fast-food person, but my friends are and wanted a whopper. The team here (06/07/24 12:36pm) were absolutely amazing. They interacted with us jovially, service was prompt and correct and one gentleman even brought a large cup of ketchup over when he saw one friend opening multiple packs of ketchup (she likes a few fries with her ketchup). We hear so many complaints about fast food and restaurant service in general; I want to recognize this team for being exceptional.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this establishment. I ordered takeout through the drive-through, and the staff member who handed me my food wished me a great day. However, after driving away, I realized part of my order was missing.

When I returned to the drive-through and explained the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Instead of an apology, the staff member responded with, “Well, you drove off” or “Why did you drive off then?” This response caught me off guard, and I regretfully matched her attitude. I understand that I should have remained calm and avoided calling her a name I’m not proud of.

I called the store to speak with the manager and even apologized for my reaction, but I did not appreciate the disrespect from the staff. Unfortunately, the manager chose to argue with me rather than address the issue with professionalism and customer service.

Management should note that if employees display a poor attitude, it is likely to be mirrored by customers. Effective training and leading by example are crucial to avoid such situations. I hope the manager takes this feedback seriously, as I noticed a recent review mentioning the manager’s propensity for arguing, which aligns with my experience.

I sat at the intercom for over 5 mins without anyone asking for my order I finally pull to the first window to order our food and told them the issue I was told to try again and to go sit in line again after already sweating for now going on 10 mins very pissed and bad service cause I called and manger blame me said I must been to far away from intercom to pick up on there side which was a lie I was up against it and they want 10 dollars a hour for what? I’m going home to cook now

Girl that took my order was rude and rushing to take my order . Before I could finish my order she asking that’s it that’s it that’s it ?? And gave me my total before I even finished . So I added at the window & she says I can go somewhere else .
Sure will take my business else where 7:30 Monday night manager should talk to their employees about good customer service
