Idk who is working that window but they need to have better customer service skills. I wasn’t done ordering and she wants to give me my total and when i say I am not done i get the biggest sigh from her. If you don’t like your job then find another one. Average food and disrespectful workers. BK I hope you do better but I won’t stick around to find out.

Slowest Burger King ever and probably the slowest drive thru in all of roxboro. By the time you get your food it’s already cold and no one even bothers to apologize or move with some urgency. Don’t even bother coming here unless you want to spend 25 mins of your life that you don’t want back.

Ordered, to go, 2 sausage cheese egg biscuits. Once in car, found that they threw a mess in the bag, scrambled (not usually folded eggs) eggs all over the place, biscuit crushed. Went back in and asked for new ones. The next ones where better, but biscuits burnt to dark brown! Again, asked for edible sandwiches, manager asked me what's wrong with these ?! I showed her and even took biscuit and knocked it against counter so she could See and Hear how burnt they were! Manager said, Welp that's how they are all going to be. Asked for my money back, and then she only gave me half of my money back.... By this time I am beyond mad ! Took the $2.00 and change and left. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGER AND TERRIBLE TERRIBLE FOOD. I can't believe Burger King allows management to ask like this ! Time at store was apx. 9:30 am, this Sunday morning.

I couldn't give no stars... It's definitely a leadership issue. This is 3 times same issue. The manager claimed because I wasn't given the proper receipt she couldn't even refund me. After explaining to her how to do it in the POS magically she figured it out. Not to mention her attitude was accusitol and just poor. Hope they get it together and find a genuine leader for this newly renovated establishment soon.

Yes I jus left there 20min ago. Ordered a trio then a duo i asked can I please have 2 bags. They mixed up wrong items but what im pissed about is this hair 😒 on my whopper Jr. Workers need to wear hair nets or Something!! Tried calling back no answer

For it to be a brand new store, they need to fix the orders from the window because they can not hear you, and you have to shout and repeat the order several times.
