This is an edited review bc it wouldn’t let me leave another. The link the owner gave me didn’t work. Along with the fact that I went AGAIN TODAY on 12/6/2024. Terrible service once again. Line slow, employees standing around in kitchen talking. The person that took my order and handed me my food had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Will not be going there again. Gave it a few chances and it’s apparent that all of these negative are not changing anything because the owner doesn’t care.

First of all he/she took my order forgot my hash rounds. Then brought it home the egg was cold & the biscuit was burnt. And the person at the window wasn't even nice.

I enjoy going to Hardee's and I found their breakfast is really good. Today I sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes waiting to get breakfast. The speaker had a sign saying to go to the window. when I got to the window I was told they weren't serving breakfast anymore at 11:30, while they advertise breakfast until noon. Very poor customer service and a huge waste of my time. This is not the first time I've arrived and they had to end breakfast early. I've never had that experience anywhere else.

Have eaten there several times lately and have had good experiences. However today, my wife and i had the worst possible experience. We ordered Frisco combos. Neither sandwich was prepared as it should have been (see pic) all we got were patties that weren't fully cooked with cheese on untoasted bread. The fries were not good and when i approached the cashier about it he said that he would take the sandwiches to the back and add some bacon, after we had taken bites. Meanwhile we dined while listening to profanity laced conversations coming from the kitchen area that were really loud. Usually i get great food and service but it will definitely be a while before i go back for a burger or lunch item. Obviously all the profanity I heard from the young people in the kitchen was unacceptable and will be appropriately addressed.

First time I tried eating here, the lines inside and outside were not moving at all for over 5 minutes. There were 8 at the counter in front of me. I passed and went down the street to another place. Came back lines were not bad food was ok, not great (lunch). I will try it again. I'm usually choosing Hardee's for my breakfast 2-3 days a week at one location or another.

Sign says breakfast until noon. Sat in drive thru just to find out that they are not serving breakfast at 11am. Not sure what time they stopped but was told that it was a management decision. Witnessed 3 cars in front of me pull off after finding out.

2.5 stars. My sandwich was cold, even though "Hot" was in the title of what I ordered. This place was SLOWWWW. Even by Hardee's standards it was slow (which for lunch/dinner Hardees is not known for being quick at any location anywhere, although breakfast is usually an exception.) I ordered and I was inside waiting for 20 minutes. And all I got was 2 sandwiches and 1 drink.
However!! The staff's attitudes was very friendly! The lady that took my order was awesome. We laughed and cracked a couple of jokes, and even the guy making the food in the back seemed to be doing good. She even answered a couple of questions I had (I was curious what the orange sauces were that I saw in the back)
**** I should note that most of that friendly conversation and goofing off was in the first few minutes after placing my order, And as I was leaving after getting my food, So that didn't affect the time it took to get it*****
The lady who I assume is the manager, or shift manager, I think about 5 minutes after I ordered she was either coming back or going to lunch, but she came from the back eating something, and did something. I wasn't crazy about the whole standing at the register with food in her mouth chewing. (I presume clocking in out?) But I won't elaborate. It was small. But even she was very friendly.
With all that said, I don't know whether I should rate the service 1 or 5. Probably a 1, but with 6 stars for their attitudes!
TLDR. The food was cold. It took 20 mins for 2 sandwiches even though I was the only one in line. But the staff was extremely nice and friendly.
Parking: Parking is decent! No issues there, but I wouldn't call it an elaborate amount of space. However, I parked on the opposite side most would, And that door was a little funky walking in with the layout

I ordered the ten for Tuesday special and it was great. It was a special for online orders only. My food was hot and delicious and ready for pickup when I arrived.

5/8/24. An extra star for hiring new people. All I know is they are SO polite now. The biscuits have gotten TINY, and do not taste as good as before. Its sad. . Go early to get fresh biscuits. If you get there right before breakfast ends, your biscuits will be old, greasy, cold and flat. I wouldn't consider this location as "fast food". Sometimes your food is fresh, sometimes it's not. I got lucky this last visit. I dont go very often anymore.
