Took very long time to get my order. Hamburgers were cold,flavorless and hard . French fries were cold and greasy. They seemed to have been sitting out for more than 15 minutes. Order person appeared inexperienced and seemed to be alone.

I was missing food and drinks, and they refused to help, only telling me to message customer service for assistance. Terrible service, they don't care about the customer at all. They said they would give me a response in 3 days. I didn't pay for my food for 3 days; I need my refund. I do not recommend them.

My wife brought home some chicken wraps and fries for me to eat. Ordered the chicken wraps with no lettuce and an order of fries. We'll, not surprising but the wraps certainly had lettuce on them, not the first time either, the fries were nasty and undercooked too.

I ordered a sausage egg biscuit and hash browns at 11:45 am. The egg was crusty and the sausage seemed to have been hours old, extremely dry and had hair in it. Hash browns tasted like old grease. I wouldn't have fed that to an inmate! If fresh breakfast is over before 12 just state that so people won't order it!
