We ordered from this cafe for our clinic lunch and loved it! We got a variety of sandwiches including the pimento BLT, grilled chicken ciabatta, chicken salad croissant and the Nandito’s salad/pasta salad. It was all a hit! Also the almond chocolate chip cookie was to die for. Shawn, the owner, was lovely. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

This place has the best coffee in Roxboro -- ever since I moved from Durham I found myself wishing Roxboro had specialty coffee and Incorrigible has filled the niche. They offer a few housemade syrups that sound lovely -- I'm sugar free so I only ever get my lattes here without -- and they hit the mark every time. Very delicious espresso on its own with milk, the baristas are talented and really nice! That with the fact that the beans are roasted locally is a real treat. I've taken a bag home a couple times for my home coffee rotation and they make a great pourover. I've also tried their cold brew and really enjoyed it. If you're hungry, their sandwiches hit the spot, my favorite is the BLT with pimento cheese. Highly recommend:-)

We found our spot. Thank you both for such an amazing, tasty, beyond excellent pastries and brunch. The Chicken Ciabatta was extremely tasty, the Croissants were so fluffy and flavorful. The Chocolate Chip Cookie soft and had great yumminess. The Apple Caramel Cake tasty and full of apple bits. The Sausage and Peppers Ciabatta was also tasy and so full of flavor. The Grilled Chicken Ciabatta was amazing but the potato salad was raw and very under seasoned. The price for the whole meal was a little pricey for the small portion they gave though especially for the side. The service was good and had a accommodating wait time. The inside was nice you walk in and take your order and had a whole sit down place to your left where you could either wait for food or sit down and eat. The only thing I didn't get is why a sink was in the middle of a eating area.

It was very expensive for the amount of food that I got.. I had the Nandita salad with chips. The salad consisted of 1/2 cup romaine, 1 tbs black beans,2 tbs roasted corn, 3 chunks of a tomato with drizzled dressing and 4 trangles of 1 cooked tortilla shelI. I came in hungry and I left hungry. Very disappointed and nothing really to comment about the salad. There wasn't much to the salad.. The folks were nice though. I have eaten the almond croissants..tasty and a bit pricey.
