Roxboro would be better off if this place closed. Replace it with something that can actually operate. If you want food here, best bring a book, your day’s worth of work, and a snack while you’re waiting. “Hangry” and this place don’t mix.

I was trapped in the Drive-Thru for 1 hour witche is just plain ridiculous please avoid this restaurant for your own sanity... Slow slow slow service if you're going to have an attitude when serving people just stay home and don't come to work.

EVERYTIME I come. There is a significant wait. They told the cars in front of me there was a 30 minute wait on chicken 30 minutes ago. 30 minutes later... still a 30 minute wait! Smh... Please hire someone to manage this establishment appropriately.

The franchise owner should likely pay the employees more. The service and attitude I got from the person taking my order were awful despite there being no line in the drive-thru.
I have literally never had a good experience here. It's a disgrace.

This place is awful. I’ve ordered KFC from the app and been told when I arrived that they didn’t have what I ordered, and that they didn’t care. Had to call corporate to get a refund.They can’t get drive-thru orders right, either.

Sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes. Ordered my food they did not have extra crispy (like normal never have any extra crispy) so I ordered original. Got to the window then they inform me that they are out of all bread. So I asked for a discount because I was not getting all the food I ordered. Manager said no so I left with nothing. Will never go back. So we went to la cocina and had great food in fifteen minutes.

I hope their dental plan is pretty good because the sweet tea is probably rotting their teeth. I could say a lot about the service but the main thing is I will not spend my money here again. Good luck to you.
