They messed up our order . told them 3 times what it was .. Took 20 minutes in drive threw and still had to go inside because they gave us the wrong food still. People are rude that work there . I will never go again to this establishment

I used the app to order. I went in with my daughter and waited for 20mins for my order to be called out. After that time past I asked what was going on with my order. They said they were told not to make what I ordered. There would be no problem if they called out my order and told me sorry we do not have that at the beginning. Then the told me it was my faught because I did not check in. The app says you order number and wait till the number is call. Then I asked for a refund of my $12.58, the one employee told me they had nothing to do with the app. I called Corp monday and was told there is no way they can see transactions or refund me. I was also told this location must not been up keeping there app up to date.

I can not stand coming to this establishment. The employees just look at you from behind the registration. No "Hello, welcome to to McDonald's" or "Hey, how are you?" Nothing, nada, zilch! What kind of customer service is that? So not only am I paying to eat here but I have to do you job too? I wish they would get a better staff there or just put something new in there.
