Thank you to the manager on duty this morning 12/12/25. My McDonald's app had a glitch and wouldn't allow my code to show, but money had been deducted from bank account. Thank you for SHOWING up, taking the lead and getting my meal. Great manager! I wish I had caught your name ... THANK YOU!

My girlfriend sat in the curbside pickup for an hour before she got her food. Ridiculous and all they said was sorry for the wait.

Horrible overall. Food was disgusting and cold I know it’s mcdonald’s but it’s not that hard to fry frozen food and keep it warm. Everytime i go in there one guy worker always yelling at somebody and one time it was a female and she looked visibly uncomfortable at a table. Very slow drivethrough, made me wait 15 minutes for a big mac while’s there was no other people.

Terrible customer service, every time I go they never understand what you're asking for, one person talks to you and another and they don't listen, they serve you reluctantly, I even went in at 4am and there was no one serving, I don't know what's wrong with them.

Drive thru line never moved. Sit there for 15 minutes and in the other lane could hear employee saying she was having a problem hearing the orders.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The manager that was working September 19th around 9pm is rude to not only customers but the employees. My mobile order was placed 10 minutes before we got to the restaurant and when we got to the window we were told to pull to the side for them to bring us our food. After being in the drive thru for about 15 minutes we waited over 10 minutes until my husband finally walked in. Our food had been ready sitting on the shelf and our ice cream was already melted. This McDonald’s is terrible and sooo slow! Avoid at all costs!

Go to this McDonald's if you don't want your order correct and want it to take 20 minutes. Four different people were unable to take a simple order of 3 item, a meal, a sandwich and a tea. We repeated the order a minimum of 6 times at the drive thru. Went to pay and the order was wrong. Repeated order another 6 times was refunded and recharged went to pickup window and they still had the order wrong. We were told we could come back tomorrow to get the right order and the woman flipped us off. Tasted the coffee and it wasn't made correct either!
