Horrible severice went through the drive thru the guy giving me my food was very lazy told me they were out if my coffee i order i told the ok ill take another flavor he looked and me and sucked his teeth and did the eye roll asked me to pull up and never brought me my coffee it was pouring down rain so I just left after being the for 20 min for a cup of coffee .

So in drive thru 5 cars that came after me we here gone be before I got to order. So had a pretty good size order 40$ ,1st left off drink I glanced in the bag couldn't go through good because of the back up . Got home missing food nugs and fries one baby only eats bacon and cheese on burger no bacon and they put something on it because that went in the trash before I could see what was going on.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever wasted money at. Pulled up to order and was met with someone who sounded like I personally shit on their day by being a customer. Ordered an iced vanilla latte and this is what was given to me. Basically just sweetened milk. And with the already poor customer service I’d hate to ask them to remake it. Will not be back at this location.

Definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Workers are usually pretty pleasant. I’ve had a few visits where they were slower to prepare my food than normal, but typically they get things made quickly. Shoutout to Nikki who was working the cash register around 11:30 on 9/18/24. She was incredibly polite and friendly. If someone in charge of her is reading this, I think she deserves a raise.
