Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The manager that was working September 19th around 9pm is rude to not only customers but the employees. My mobile order was placed 10 minutes before we got to the restaurant and when we got to the window we were told to pull to the side for them to bring us our food. After being in the drive thru for about 15 minutes we waited over 10 minutes until my husband finally walked in. Our food had been ready sitting on the shelf and our ice cream was already melted. This McDonald’s is terrible and sooo slow! Avoid at all costs!

Go to this McDonald's if you don't want your order correct and want it to take 20 minutes. Four different people were unable to take a simple order of 3 item, a meal, a sandwich and a tea. We repeated the order a minimum of 6 times at the drive thru. Went to pay and the order was wrong. Repeated order another 6 times was refunded and recharged went to pickup window and they still had the order wrong. We were told we could come back tomorrow to get the right order and the woman flipped us off. Tasted the coffee and it wasn't made correct either!

Just went buy mcdonald in roxboro on boulevard .the woman in McDonald's said closed to me.the door says open at 5 :00am .light blue shirt on. white woman looked at me and said closed .I was walking .she didn't want to serve me .because I was walking..pushing hand cart to .Very bad business like it was 6:15 am on Thursday.it was a white man getting food in there to go.

Takes a lot for me to right a bad review but I’m done going thru this Roxboro location cause I know better . Food is consistently pitiful …. I go so rarely that I forget to check the food, not the bag, the food in it. It’s ALWAYS pitiful! My fam says they have my picture up in there. Just got a Big Mac, paid for xtra sauce, got half way home to the country some 20 mins out , no cheese on the Big Mac, no sauce period, much less xtra , burned bread. Seems it was missing other stuff as the box was so light …. half the sandwich. Guess they pieced my sandwich together missing half of it instead of making it fresh. Add the coke looked like iced tea (no ice for the long trip) or one would expect tea. That boy on the phone told me he couldn’t replace my food without seeing it. I never asked that of him and sure as hell wasn’t driving another 15 mins each direction to have them evaluate it either. I wasted all that money on food, I’m not waisting more in gas.
Durham and stem Macdonalds do an awesome job on their food quality even off rush hour. ( this was 500 pm) I was pulled to the side to wait…for terrible food. Btw I would have been happy to wait, for…. hot food. I’m officially stating Roxboro Melcdonalds location is awful! Took ALOT of bad visits to write this! Step up yall!

Every single time we place an order at this store, it's wrong, especially the drive thru, so I get all fancy this time and decide I'm going to place our order via the app to avoid any miscommunication... Get to the curbside spot and the shit is still wrong! Done.
Long wait with many employees and few customers. Cold food burger and fries. Loud and inappropriate language from employees. Not family friendly. Never will return.

Horrible severice went through the drive thru the guy giving me my food was very lazy told me they were out if my coffee i order i told the ok ill take another flavor he looked and me and sucked his teeth and did the eye roll asked me to pull up and never brought me my coffee it was pouring down rain so I just left after being the for 20 min for a cup of coffee .
