Stopped here for lunch, was greeted with a warm welcome which I appreciated very much because you don’t get that at McDonald’s! So kudos to those workers. We ordered our food at the kiosk and received it a short time later. All food was delicious I forgot to grab a picture! Thank you to the young man at the front he was so attentive and even over heard me telling my son to ask for some condiments he took it upon himself to ask if we were alright and needed anything! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I wish I would have gotten his name! We were in around 2:00. Keep up the great work!

I ordered my food at the counter today. A younger male took my order and seems confused and has terrible customer service skills. Then I waited for my food for 15 minutes. Literally 3 kids meals. I went to the counter to ask where my food was. I stood for another 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. I then spoke over the counter and said I’ve been waiting 20 min for my food. A lady asked a fellow worker what’s the issue getting food out. Another customer said he’d been waiting for food for 10 min at curbside and if the fries are cold he wanted new ones. IF YOU WANT FAST FOOD DONT COME HERE.

I ordered a fish sandwich,and to my surprise!!!!, I opened the little box it came in and, there was no fish in the bread,a fish sandwich consists of a piece of fish in between two pieces of bread,the worst service I've ever had!!!!.one star is too good for this place, McDonald's in Roxboro, y'all just have to do better!!!!

They messed up our order 6 times while we were very late to meet family. The people weren't very fast with our order but they were nice about changing the order to the right one. Some workers were annoyed by it. It was very packed and there was no space.
