THREE hours for delivery, only for it to be wrong. I called 3 times and was hung up on TWICE, they never answered the 3rd call. I would very much like to be contacted by a representative of the company, since you cannot get anyone on the phone.
Delivery order from door dash, was on the phone with my delivery driver most of the time, the dasher had to sit at the restaurant for over an hour when the food arrived it was cold and had obviously been sitting out it was dry and yet still not cooked the bread sticks we not cooked. On another order they had forgotten about it and let it sit for 45 min and forget the wings completely for the order. This place needs new management.

Food was ready as soon as I got there, food was good but they only had one person trying to run everything , it was understaffed. But the guy working was nice and polite

By far the worst Pizza Hut in the nation place needs to be closed they just don’t care they are playing around in the parking lot while the line is extremely long people are legitimately high at the register smoking in the parking lot cuddled up the food is never done they close in door dining when they don’t feel like cleaning this is an complete embarrassment to the company the buffet is never open they take orders and forget with extremely low traffic i mean I love Pizza Hut but I don’t even bother anymore they need an complete rebuild shaking my head …

We waited for two pizzas for 1 hour and 10 min and we ordered when the only people in the restaurant was one of the employees feeding there children. When we inquired about our order they kelp telling us 10 min then 5 min. We are waiting on our food and one of the employees came from the back eating food, as we are leaving after we never received food most of the employees are outside sitting in a car smoking. I am a business owner myself and this is a very poor way to run a business, very unprofessional. The restaurant isn't clean so I am sure the food handlers are not clean, I guess we were spared by a higher calling to have not gotten food that could have made my family ill. 10/16 time 10:28 pm put order in at 9:30 pm for this location pulled up to window employee comes to the window and says he doesn't have any orders on his screen for my name. Something is not adding up but when I checked the reviews I see why the rating is so low. I'm sure this place will be shutdown soon this is just pathetic.

My husband and I visit this Pizza Hut some times but tonight we ordered some cheese bread sticks and they were not cut so my husband went to ask them if they could cut them only to be responded to by a woman with an attitude saying we don’t cut them anymore and I’m busy, do you see my oven?! We have never had such a rude person at this place. If y’all don’t cut them anymore then just say I’m sorry sir but we don’t cut them anymore and leave it at that. Cause trust me not one customer cared about you being busy and your oven. All I can say is she better be glad it was my husband she spoke to and not me! Trust I will most likely be trying to avoid this place for now on with such rude and nasty attitude people working there. Our waitress on the other hand was extremely nice and professional. That woman’s attitude just ruined my whole meal there.
Ordered a pizza at 6:56 was told via email delivery would be at 7:36. Called at 7:45, stayed on hold for a ridiculous amount of time (over a period of 4 calls) only to be told that delivery was pushed back to 8:06 with no explanation. Called at 8:10 waited on hold yet again when someone finally answered no reason for the delay was given after having waited 1hr and 15 mins for two pizzas. Ended up canceling order and will not be ordering from this location EVER again! I’d recommend you to go somewhere else. Probably would be better off making your own pizza at home. What a waste of over an hour and almost $50

Placed an order at 6:40pm. Got an email stating it would be delivered by 7:20p. Called and was placed on hold. Went up there and gave them the information and they stated “ the food was probably cold and they would have to remake it” mind you the order never moved past confirmed. When my wife was asking me what I wanted to do such as wait or refund the lady said to her “maam” like she was trying to rush us. Got a refund and will not be back.

The worst service and food ever!! Barely warm cheesesticks,cold marina sauce, that we waiting for 30 minutes after ordering and our pizza was Luke warm and was brought out bout 3 minutes after cheesestix arrived. Manager had a crappy attitude about me asking for warm sauce,she proceeded to tell me they serve it room temperature, but also did grab 2 cups of warm sauce off the buffet bar...if it warm there why not serve it warm to a table of guest? The manager just walked off shaking her head..

Placed an online order for delivery at 8:40 PM. Online the estimated ETA was 9:34 PM, the email stated 9:40 PM. I called the restaurant at 10 PM to check on the status of my order and the woman put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and another employee put me on hold and never returned. It took me calling SEVEN TIMES to find out the status of my order. I was informed my order had been ready and they are just waiting for a driver. I received this information at 10:25 PM.
When I asked for a refund, the employee gave me an attitude like the money was coming out of his pocket. Like I was wrong for requesting a refund after waiting almost 2 hours for food that I've ALREADY PAID FOR. If this is the new Pizza Hut customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
