First time at this location, I went for the $2 personal pizza deal! Never have I ever pulled up in a Pizza Hut drive thru and received such great service. The team member was smiling and friendly. My to go pizza was ready when I arrived, and still hot! Everything was so delicious as well.

Been sitting here for for almost an hour and still haven’t received my pizza or my breadsticks waitress came back probably 10 minutes after we placed our order and had to ask more about what we wanted

ordered a prepaid pizza for carryout. App said it would be ready in 19 minutes. Then we received notification that it was ready. When we received this message, we were waiting in line for the pizza, however come to find out the pizza had not even been cooked. But if we would wait 8 more minutes it would be ready. We waited and finally went inside to get a refund. The manager was angry and rude and told us that they were busy and that it was not her fault that everyone ordered pizza at the same time. She also stated that she would get around to processing the refund when she had time. An hour after we were told that our pizza was ready, we left with no refund and no pizza. Although we have had similar bad experiences with this Pizza Hut, this was the absolute worst.

Ordered 1 pizza online at 5 pm on a Tuesday. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before being told to park in front of the restaurant. Sat in the parking lot for another 20 minutes before calling the restaurant to see when our pizza would be done. The associate who answered the phone was super sweet but was unable to give me an estimated wait time. I asked for a refund but she said she couldn’t do that so I told her I’d wait. 1 minute later my cold pizza is brought out to the car. I understand that the dinner crowd makes things a little busier but I could’ve made a frozen pizza quicker…

As a former employee and customer, be careful ordering from this place. The employees have the worst attitudes and if your food is wrong they won't correct it or refund you. If they have no drivers, they'll use doordash and if the dasher decides to eat your food, you won't get a refund. If you call about it, they'll get upset. Get your food someplace else. I ordered wings Tues July eighth pass eight o'clock. And alot of my order was missing and I got no help. I only received attitude and they never have the same energy when you drive up there. Save your money and your time.

This is the second time we have ordered an appetizer, the first time it came with the pizza, this time the pizza came first. I don’t think they understand what an appetizer is and when it should be served. I spoke with the manager this in which she replied it’s always done that way in their system, which is either an excuse or a major flaw within the Pizza Hunt organization. Anyway, I do know two things, one is since we canceled the bread sticks they lost money on food cost, as well as a sale and the second is we have decided to find another pizza place as this restaurant is too much trouble and lacks management as their was only one other couple dining, should have been no issues serving us.

The food is okay, but the organization and service is severely lacking. I ordered online and pulled to the pickup window. A young lady took my money and gave me a receipt. Five minutes later (I was watching the clock) she came back and told me my order was ready, she was just waiting for someone to cut the pizza. Three minutes passed and I got her attention by rapping on the window. I told her I would cut the pizza myself, just bring it now. She asked if I was sure and I told her I would much rather do that than wait for a cold cut pizza. She went and got it. It was cut.🙄

Pizza Hut is supposed to have non-dairy cheese but not this restaurant. They don't care, that is the owner. The large pizza was just over $20. The pizza had very little sauce and topping. Don't come here. It is a waste of money.

Delivery service is terrible. Pizza hut doesn’t actually deliver they use door dash. That is not disclosed and our delivery was over an hour later. Very disappomted

Placed an order at 538pm, got to the window at 644 - had to wait behind a car for over 15 mins at the window, BTW my car slid on the ice pulling up to the window (I couldn't see it until after rounding the corner and by then it was too late) as their lane must not have been treated for the snow we got...
Fast forward to getting to the window for pick up on my box that was already marked as ready in email! Paid for the pizza then the lady walked off. Returned said she was going to check to see if the pizzas were in the oven yet and left again. Returned again to say the pizzas were about to come out. Watched employees drop pan grips on the floor and reuse, watched employees come in from outside without stopping to wash their hands before going to their station, watched an employee fill up a sauce container with lotion, watched employees go from money handling to cutting pizza without washing hands, touch hat and face without washing hands, then a manager cluelessly meander through the chaos. Eventually at 740 an employee grabbed a pizza box of the rack walk around back then head to the window. She handed us a pizza that had been sitting on their ready rack that they had already tried to hand another customer (box opened by other customer and all)...the pizza was obviously cold. She said she'd get the manager. Explained to the manager the situation and he was like yeah I dont know why that happened we only had 2 employees and we are busy (no there have been 4 including yourself for the 50 mins we have been sitting at the window). Took the pizza we waited 2hours in total for and left.

THREE hours for delivery, only for it to be wrong. I called 3 times and was hung up on TWICE, they never answered the 3rd call. I would very much like to be contacted by a representative of the company, since you cannot get anyone on the phone.
