This is not a big box place, so it provides a different and pleasant country feel. But the good quality of the fries are below expected. The loaded hot dog was merely okay. Better deals and better fries nearly everywhere; however the counter staff were very nice, warm and pleasant.

This was the worst meal that I have ever spent $18 each for 2 meals The "shrimp" and "flounder" were dollar store frozen food. The potato salad and cole slaw were the standard mega restaurant supply. If this place prepared any food from scratch, I would be surprised. I paid over $70 for three meals that I could not eat. Save your money. Don't waste it here.

We've been looking for a biscuit place and I would rate the biscuits as pretty good. Just make sure you ask for sliced cheese or you might end up with some movie-theater style nacho cheese on your biscuit. We had a group of 5 and not a single person liked that type of cheese. If you like sausage, the sausage is better than typical sausage you get on a biscuit at most places. This place is not as good as Sunrise Biscuits, Rise, etc., but for the area it's the best we've found.

The best pork tenderloin biscuit! I had the chips, which were also amazing and of course the oatmeal cookie. ? My favorite place to eat in Roxboro! Everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing. 10/10 recommend the homemade cookies!!!

Completely underwhelmed. Food was okay but portion for price was off. Coffee was extremely bland and the only option for eggs was scrambled. The interior is old and warn but clean. Not my cup of tea. There is a wheelchair ramp but no automatic door so getting in is not really ADA compliant.

I despise leaving bad reviews as I am a usual judge it for yourself person. I do have to comment on the poor quality of food overall. We ate at the restaurant. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich i guess expecting a chicken breast sandwich but it wound up being a pressed "chicken " pattie. The bun, tomato and (old apearing) lettuce was ice cold which also made the pattie cold. My husband however did like his fried chicken wrap. The fries are the big fat ones which were cold, some frozen-ish still. The little cup of chicken noodle soup was pretty good, obviously from a can though given the chunks of chicken appearing quite square like the can kind. I brought the chicken pattie home for the dogs. I did not complain at the store as I was not feeling up to it after a day of doctors office visits.
The building appears to have never been updated. Junky walkway, the outside of the building also has seen lots of time, and the seats indoors were very old and worn/torn. The staff were all very nice despite their work conditions. Can't praise them enough. We were there around noon, we won't be returning.

The breakfast was hot and fresh. It was my first time there. It is like a diner. Be prepared to order. Ask for a menu to-go. It helped more than looking at the board. The lady in the front was nice.
