This location is absurd. They mess your order up then they don't pick up the phone and/or disconnect so that you cannot call in. Service is not bad when you come inside and order here but from pick up/ delivery perspective its ridiculous. Good luck ordering or asking for something they don't offer on a lunch break because they don't care and will make sure they aren't reachable to accommodate!!

Food was fine. HOWEVER, if I walk in and you come from the back dressed like THIS... I question the cleanliness of literally everything. The food was fine, didn't end up sick or anything. Reasons like this is why I never, and I mean NEVER, go to this specific location but I was nearby and wanted to get a cheap lunch. In all honesty... the 2 employees (male and female) came out together and the guy gave off this specific vibe of... yeah put 2 and 2 together... I couldn't explain it but was uncomfortable. Maybe it was in my head but either way... an odd and uncomfortable experience. NO ONE was in uniform.

They’re supposed to close at 10pm throughout the week. It’s literally posted on their door and website. How come when I got up there (before 9pm) they saw my car, *parked right infront of the establishment* and proceeded to lock the door in my face. 🙄🙄 they were staring me in my face whilst locking the door. HORRIBLE 👎🏽 will never go to them again

My family and I came to this establishment around 8:50pm. The store is supposed to close around 10pm and the worker saw us pull up and then proceeded to lock the door. I was highly disappointed.

Went in to order two subs with a coupon. Was told I couldn't use the coupon with the subway club subs had to order off another menu. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that. The girl making the subs was too interested in getting back on her phone. The other employee although a little rude was kind enough to let me use my free cookie coupon and gave me 2. And they actually have a thing on there card machine that asks for a tip. If I had gotten better service I would have gladly given a tip. This happened on Saturday 8/3/24 around 4:30 pm
