I am disappointed that I cannot get my sub for the day because the woman inside would not open the store even though it was 9:30 a.m. and the signage clearly says that they open at 9:00 a.m. I was counting on this for lunch on the lake. Now I have to settle for some pre-made sandwich from Food Lion.

I would give no stars but it's not an option. I was told I couldn't have fresh same day baked bread for whatever reason and the cashier was rode, and threw a bag at me when I asked for an extra one. Last visit here for sure.

Terrible experience at this location . I made an online order at 8:40 pm the store closes at 10pm according to their business hours . Upon arrival instead of being greeted. I get we are currently closed at 9:00 pm .i let them know that I had submitted an online order . They hand me my order. when I got home check in the bag they were all 6 inch subs when I had originally order 2 12 inch and 1 6 inch sub . This is not a great way to make business . Won’t ever use this subway again .

WORSE SERVICE EVER! Oh my gosh! These people don’t seem like they even know how to cook chicken. They didn’t even cook the chicken on my husband’s sub. He called up there to speak to a manager about it. The employee said, there was no manager there. Like how is there no manager there?! That don’t make any sense! Then she hung up on my husband saying that is sounded like someone was trying to get free food out of them. Nope, just don’t want uncooked nasty food! Subway of Roxboro DO BETTER!

This Subway absolutely sucks!!! You never know if they’ll be open when you. They seem to just work when they feel like it. And when you actually manage to get there while they’re open, they hardly ever say hi or even acknowledge you’re there! I always have to keep repeating myself when I order because they’re too busy carrying on a conversation with each other instead of doing their job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!

Went to Subway in Roxboro, 2808 Durham Road on 10/4/2023. There was only one man getting a sandwich made. The guy and girl working behind the counter talked and laughed back and forth between each other, never acknowledged us, she appeared to be working on an online order. They were moving slower than slugs and snails. The restaurant’s grade was 95, I prefer 98 and above. It actually looked dirty inside. We walked out without ordering. I don’t recommend.

I will never eat there again the employee was so nasty ? used the gloves he was wearing to ring up my order then put his hands in his pants to pull them up then wipe his nose fix his glasses and then finish making my subs with the same gloves shame on the owner for not having someone to train the employees better if employees are this nasty then that makes owner nasty they need to be shut down. And they expect you to give tips.

My husband went to Subway in Roxboro NC . We both were upset for 2 6 inches subs cost us twenty one dollars. I got chicken instead of where is the beef my was Where is the chicken . I brought one six sub in Hillsborough NC it was full of chicken and veggies it cost me a little ovee six dollars . My advice is do not go to Roxboro subway you will be over charged for a sorry sub.
