This restaurant always gets my order wrong. Ordered a box and didn't get all my items. Worst part is usually when I go they're not busy!!! Smh!!

Went there today and stood for at least 5 minutes and no cashier came up . 2 people looked at us and never said a word. Last week lobby was nasty and food wasn't that great either. I will not go there again.

Will there ever be a time where this business is not embarrassingly slow and unreliable? I just want taco bell quickly, but this location turns that into a 30-40 minute excursion. Clearly the workers that get hired here are not happy enough to take pride in their jobs, I'm just trying to figure out what the useless franchisee is doing about that. It should not take this long to get my *fast* food.

I usually do though Taco Bell order board. I've never been disappointed with whatever I've ordered. Friendly staff and not too long of a wait. A lot of times I get the crunchwrap supreme with two packs of the cinnamon twists.

Ordered Nashville chicken tenders meal along with the Chicken cantina meal. Chicken tenders were wayyyyyy overcooked. Fries were great and Chicken cantina meal ok per my son. Giving a low rating when you can go to a nice restaurant and get better quality for the same price. Also want to mention cleanliness of the restaurant was bad.
