I recently visited Torero’s to enjoy a meal, and while the food was decent, my experience was ruined by unprofessional behavior from the cashier. When I went to pay and grab a gallon of virgin margarita to take home, a young lady working there began yelling at my waiter about something unrelated. Her behavior was disruptive and created a tense atmosphere.
I tried to address the situation calmly by asking, “Is there a problem?, for grabbing this but her attitude was unfortunate, as the restaurant seemed otherwise nice, but this kind of unprofessionalism ruined the experience.
I hope management addresses these issues to ensure all guests feel valued and respected.
