Probably one of the worst Wendy's I've ever gone to. Most recent experience they had my order wrong on drive through screen (tender instead of nuggets), and I told them to fix it accordingly. They rushed me to the front window saying they would fix it. They ended up missing one of my items. I go inside to get the other item and they apparently removed it from the order when they correctly fixed the tenders to be nuggets. They had the nerve to deny rushing me through the line and claimed they read the order back to me. They didn't even tell me the total when I handed my card to them or I may have noticed it immediately as being way too cheap.
Just terrible service.
Meanwhile a gentleman inside the store was trying to get gift cards and they kept entering the order in wrong to assist him. Management needs to do some training initiatives.

Not sure who the lady was that I encountered that took my order but she was extremely rude from the time I got to the microphone and had an attitude the entire time she took my order. I honestly thought about just pulling out because if I’m spending money on food I at least would like to have an experience not filled with hostile attitude that was completely unprovoked. Do better and hire people that actually want to work. The food was okay but hard to enjoy considering my experience. I rarely eat at the location and I’m a local. This is why 🤦🏽♀️

Pulled up at 10:48 pm, store closed already. Staff restocking. Lost business, I went to McDonald's. Don't advertise that store closes at 11pm, when staff stops working at 10:30pm.

Been years since I had lunch at Wendy's. I want to say I used the drive thru for this bad choice. The lady who took my order was extremely professional and courteous. The food was less than good. I can get a better lunch at an independent place in the town of Roxboro.

I've had other meals that were better at this Wendy's. The food wasn't bad, but it could have been better.( I absolutely love their baked potatoes, but they were out.) The Caesar salad, though, looked as if it had been sitting around for over a week. First and last time I will order a salad at Wendy's. The service was OK, though it took a few minutes for someone to notice that I wanted to be waited on.

I ordered the 2 for $3 sausage biscuit special. Staff was extremely friendly, but the food smelled different. I ate one anyway. 12 hours later, I had diarrhea... Not your usual high quality standard
