It had been a few years since I've ate at Dairi-O. It was great as always my brother and his wife just moved back here from Chicago and they both loved the Hot dogs so did my mother and I yummy yummy

Burger King and Hardy's Dairi-O has you beat I recomend this place to everyone!! The food and service is so good I bet you'll come back again and again ?

Not only my order was wrong, a manager was extremely passive aggressive and disrespectful. Refund or not my time, gas and experience is something lost.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Behavior

I recently visited Dario’s with my wife, and unfortunately, her drink had a gnat in it, which we only noticed because she had taken the lid off. Thankfully, she likes the chewy ice, so we caught it in time. I went back to ask for a replacement and even showed a picture of the gnat in the drink.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, the lady who remade the drink (I believe she was the manager on duty) sarcastically asked, “Here, you wanna check and see if another gnat is in it?” That level of attitude and unprofessionalism was unacceptable.

If you’re in customer service, it’s important to be approachable and ready to listen, not come across as defensive or argumentative. The lack of good communication and the pettiness from this employee is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers.

I expected better, especially from someone in a leadership role. It’s disappointing when small things like this ruin the experience.

Pleasantly pleased by this place.
First time at one and I will be returning to my hometown one to give it a try. I got the chicken souvlaki. It was great. Huge selection of ice cream. The fruit cup was very fresh. The ranch dressing was amazing. And they had chewy ice ?

I think this place is overpriced.. food to me is average and we were charged for extra for cheese which we did not get.. that's not a huge deal but adds to the sting when it's already overpriced..
I likely won't come back on my own unless it's a group decision or something..
