The crew at this McDonald's is always so nice. The food is what you expect from a McDonald's and they usually get the order right. I have never been inside and don't stop often but it is convenient to my work route when I need something quick and cheap.

Not sure why it’s so hard to provide good and HONEST service. My wife and I came through the drive through for a very simple order. A chocolate shake and a s’mores McFlurry. Got to the window and the woman(who I believe was a manager) handed me the order and I asked if she could mix the McFlurry(as it should have been done before given out) and she lied to my face and said that she had mixed it and just put extra toppings on top…we looked and it was not mixed at all. I’ve noticed a specific pattern with the night crew being either unprofessional or just straight up not doing their job. It’s so frustrating when the simplest things can’t even be done to standard. I’ve worked at McDonalds when I was in high school and it is NOT that difficult to provide good and HONEST service….McDonalds, please do better. I enjoy your food and the treats, but it’s become less of a fun time and soon we won’t be going anymore.

Burger was dry, no flavor at all for a McDonald's...Soda and ice machine was full of fruit Flys everywhere, so I decided to skip the soda that comes with the meal.. So, in the future, I will not be stopping in at this McDonald's.

am writing to report a disappointing experience I had today (June 16, 2025) at your McDonald’s location off Rural Hall Bethania Road in Winston-Salem, NC (Store #15284).
I placed a to-go order and specifically asked for Mac Sauce on the side. When I received my order, the Mac Sauce was missing entirely. I returned to the counter to politely request the sauce. At that point, the manager on duty, Jessica, informed me that they do not give out Mac Sauce on the side—despite the fact that I was charged $0.50 for it.
For reference, I live in Charlotte, NC, where I regularly order Mac Sauce on the side and am typically charged $0.35. I was surprised by the inconsistency and asked for clarification.
Rather than answering my question or offering a professional response, Jessica became extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to answer further questions, including when I asked for the store number. At that point, she had taken my receipt to process a refund and did not return it to me. Her behavior was unprofessional and discourteous.
I understand that policies may vary slightly by location, but this was not a matter of policy—it was a matter of poor customer service. I believe that Jessica would benefit from additional training in professionalism, customer interaction, and conflict resolution. No customer should be made to feel dismissed or disrespected for simply asking about a charge or missing item.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Probably one of the better McDonald's. Staff courteous, clean cut. Place pretty clean. Food was... well... for McD's, pretty good. AND, they have a menu thats fairly extensive and DOESNT constantly flash & change. Generally not a fan of Mc'D. Too many other places much better. But I'd come back here occasionally

DO NOT GO to the drive thru in the early morning. They claim they are open 24 hours! They are open but you're lucky if they have enough staff to cook breakfast food. Or if they do it takes forever so much for fast food drive thru. This has not happened just one time it has happen several times. They always claim they are short staff and can't cook the food with only 2 people there to work.

It was the standard expense with mcdonalds. Only difference is this location must not take part in the FAIR ORDERING policy. Either that or they blatantly lied to both me and my partner. Just a head up if you are using this location to collect.
