Probably one of the better McDonald's. Staff courteous, clean cut. Place pretty clean. Food was... well... for McD's, pretty good. AND, they have a menu thats fairly extensive and DOESNT constantly flash & change. Generally not a fan of Mc'D. Too many other places much better. But I'd come back here occasionally

It was the standard expense with mcdonalds. Only difference is this location must not take part in the FAIR ORDERING policy. Either that or they blatantly lied to both me and my partner. Just a head up if you are using this location to collect.

I ordered curbside pick up as I usually do and when I pulled up it didn’t give me the option to put in the number I was parked in. I got out and the doors were locked so we had to go through the drive thru. We explained our situation to the first window lady she said she couldn’t do anything on her end and to pull up to the 2nd window and show a receipt and we should get our food. She was nice and understanding. We get to the second window and explain our situation and the lady was rude and telling us to sign in I told her I couldn’t it wouldn’t give me the option. I told her I had my mobile receipt and she was just not having it. She finally gave us our food in a rude way. She said she was the manager some manager she was

I come here all the time! & the hispanic ladies are always so friendlyyy !! Tell the new girl in the window currently too fix her attitude before someone else fixes it for her ! I just wanted my food😘lets not let it happen again i understand work can be stressful!

I ordered three Mcdouble meals and paid $16.05 after tax but your board said $4.51 each time's three equaling $13.53 plus tax $14.48 a total if $1.57 over paid. Thank's for your attention.

First of All let me get started. Today is my Birthday Jan. 28th. My better half wanted to take me out to McDonald's. Why? It is where I wanted to go. He orders the food from McDonald's App. We go to McDonalds. I pull up. I go inside. I told them at the counter .I was there to pick up a mobile order. He wants to know 4 number code. I got back to the car. I get the 4 numbers. From my better half phone. The guy came up to the counter. Your order has been canceled. I ask him why? We put it in. Over 30 minutes ago. I go back to the car and told my better half . I told him it was canceled. On his app it said it was not canceled . They would not honor nothing ... Help us with nothing... Bad customer Service. I have Custer service over 20 years. First thing I hear is a foul mouth standing waiting on Mobile order. Then come to me and tell me it has been canceled. How is this going to be fixed. Cause guys, I am done with this McDonalds on Bethania Rural Hall Road. On Jan. 28th. You need to think about hiring adults and not children to operate the place. Next they need some customer Service.. And there mouth needs to be washed out with soap. Have A Great Day!!!!

The guy at the window making the drinks stuck his fingers down inside the cup He noticed me looking and I believe deliberately touched my bread while placing the chicken sandwiches in the bag. The act was disturbing It tells a lot about management
