Placed online order 12/31 11:15am for 12pm pickup. I arrive to pickup and am told by the very rude woman that it will be about 5 minutes because she didn't start it yet. One person is having their sub made as I wait.
25 minutes later, my sandwich is done and made by perhaps the most attitude filled employee I've encountered. This on top of the fact that while she was making the food, she complained about the phone ringing, people coming in the store etc.
Placed an online order to pick up as I'm on a tight timeline. Then ended up stuck waiting a half hour because I had already paid for my food. I'll go elsewhere from here on

I do early morning visits sometimes. The lady in the morning has been treating me like family and serving me like she truely cares. Rations are perfect size. I dislike when people over ration. Thank you very much for the wonderful mornings!

I just got the worst sub of my life.
A. The lady doesn’t season anything you know her food at home is bland.
B. She acted like her working at subway making my sub HER JOB was the absolute worst thing in the world.
C. The actual sub tastes weird not sure why.
What was supposed to be a nice after work stop at subway turned into anything but.

Wouldn’t honor our coupons. Didn’t mention it before reaching the register, even though we were the only customers there for the most part and discussed which meals to purchase based on coupons. No sign posted, no indication coupons weren’t accepted. My family spent about twice as much as budgeted. In hindsight, we should have not paid for our food and gone elsewhere.
Good food for price
Food was good and the staff was friendly enough but for some reason the people at the counter said they don’t accept coupons a little disappointing considering that the reason I went to subway for lunch was because I got some coupons in the mail that other locations have accepted and were in date I think that this is an odd policy and should maybe be posted on a sign or something
The vegetables are disgusting. They’re not fresh, and they’re stuck to the sides of the frost covered bins. I told the associate that I wanted onions but they didn’t look good, as both bins were to the bottom with only scraps left. She made no effort in getting fresh ones. I have eaten at this location many times over the years. My last 2-3 visits have been very disappointing. I will not be back.
Ok lets get this out of the way. I am a subway supporter. Always have, always will. I have eaten it everywhere. If I am being honest I have maybe eaten at subway close to 200 times and now I believe I have found the best subway there is. The best subway is in Rural Hall, NC and the reason is because they make the best cookies. At this subway Lou Ann and Kerry are responsible for the best subway cookies I have ever had. Not only are these two pleasant, make wonderful sandwiches (which includes my go to spicy Italian), but they take pride in everything they do. I have a custom of specifically choosing the cookies I want to eat off of the trays (always choosing white chip macadamia). Lou Ann and Kerry told me they they do not let the cookies sit in the oven too long so that it is soft and gooey. This seems like this should be a standard practice but you will be amazed at how many subways have cookies that are hard as rocks. If you happen to find yourself in the Winston Salem area I would recommend going to the subway in Rural Hall and buy some cookies. You will not be disappointed. Say hi to LouAnn and Kerry.

On 9/11 at 1:56 pm we ordered a turkey sandwich on white bread. The bread had gotten stale, exterior was cracking. We mentioned it to the server and she responded “insides are soft “. We know it’s hard to find good help

Trifling
Excellent in every way. Very generous with me. Only negative is the grocery employees who take their break in front of Subway, smoking. But I enjoy this location much better than Vass.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I just walked in with my ADA trained SERVICE DOG. She had her service vest on that said Medical Alert Diabetic Service Dog, Do Not Seperate Dog From Handler. The lady making the sandwiches asked me if there was someone who could hold the dog outside. There was a gentleman that witnessed all of this. He said he could hold my dog for me. I told the lady she isn't a regular dog, She said it was the owners rules, I am a retired Police Officer with a Service Dog that can smell if my sugar is low and if I'm not able to get to my insulin, she is trained to go to the refrigerator and get it for me, as well as my needle. This is the first time that I have encountered this. The workers need to be trained on what their allowed to ask of Service dogs or they'll cost the owner a lawsuit. Ignorance is no excuse! Discusting behavior!
Worst service ever my dad & I walked in (WE WERE SPEAKING SPANISH) and she was helping another customer we waited and waited then the customer left, she got on her PHONE first & then helped us. Tried to act like I was illiterate saying she couldn’t understand me blah blah, the vegetables were FROZEN literally had frost on them and overall it was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. ( It was a big caucasian lady, I think she’s the shift lead ) As I read the reviews it’s not the first time she does something like this .
