THE MOST TRIFLING PLACE EVER. They don't clean the tins that they put the vegetables or meat in! You can see the frostbite as if they just restock without cleaning! This place is walking distance from my house and I will travel across town to another subway just to avoid this one!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!!

12-22-23 Came here on this date around 6:30 pm and the ( shift Manager) was rude, disrespectful and racial profiled us because we were speaking Spanish. Gave us attitude and we had to repeat our orders multiple times like if she couldn't understand us . To top it off we tried being nice gave her a $10 tip to find out when we got home and saw receipt she had over charged us . Had to go back and just ask for my money back because now sandwiches are cold and we lost our apatite. We will never go here again as long she works here. !! Thank you !!

Doesn’t accept coupons despite me constantly getting coupons in the mail?

Do not post a sign except on the door about no coupons. Only reason went was had coupons. What do we get coupons for if they won't honor them. The are loosing repeat customers and forcing us to travel to other cities to enjoy Subway. We will from now on buy subs from Franks. The owner/manager is just greedy and money hungry. Most likely make more money honoring coupon. We were nice enough to buy them. We could of told you for that you can keep them. Then how much would that cost you? I won't be buying anymore from you ever. I will encourage all my friends and neighbors to boycott your establishment.

This Subway has irregular hours, doesn't take coupons, has slow service and got my order wrong several times. My last visit I paid with my card and they have the audacity to ask for a tip. They wouldn't let me bypass this screen and when I pressed no tip it wouldn't let me proceed. I tried pressing other buttons on both the screen and keypad. It doesn't show on the screen a place for a custom tip so I tried to enter one on the key pad and that didn't work either. The only one that worked was the selection for a 20% tip on the screen. Making the purchase of just 1 foot long $19.20. I've already reached out to cooperate and haven't heard back on this matter. Until I do I won't be spending any more money at any Subways and will continue to warn others about Subway's shady practices and faulty payment system.Parking: Limited parking near this subway around 5-6 spots.

Food was good I always keep it simple and ask for the same food. Very attentive and fast! It was clean except for one table. I guess they have been busy not enough peopleWorking this days. Everything else was alright

Only one person working, but she handled the few customers in a timely fashion. Other than being out of the mozzarella and having tea that tasted awful, our meals were fine. The men's bathroom had no soap. Never a good sign. Large parking lot and this Subway is in a strip mall by the Food Lion grocery store, a vape store and McDonalds.

Go elsewhere!.They close at 5 pm on the weekend, close early during the week which makes it difficult to plan a trip. The attitude is unbelievable, when I asked for extra Mayo and onion, the employee went passive aggressive by putting more onion and mayonnaise than the meat and veggies. Generally the sandwich might not be too bad, but quality also can be inconsistent. Think overly soft tomatoes, questionably cleaned lettuce.But the big kicker, besides employees being rude, limited and inconsistent closing times, was the refusal to accept coupons. Last time we went, we were told they no longer accept coupons.Jersey Mike's, McAlistairs, and others aren't too far off... Definitely not worth wasting my time and money on this Subway.

Great customer service at this location! One star less for the fact that some cold food bins were frozen over which left spinach pretty wilted. Also, some of the tomatoes were green.

Employee- well the manager Debbie, was very very rude because I told her my steak was cold. She was not compassionate- she didn’t have a care in the world and didn’t even offer to rectify the problem, but instead charged me to remake it!!!! She Continued to argue back and forth with me, while other customers that were there agreed that she was indeed very rude to me, even after I was calmy speaking to her. It took everything in my power not to reach over the counter and punch her in the mouth,but I realized she was not worth the charge. Honestly i dont see how this subway is still in business! Sad thing is DEBBIE stated she called the franchise owner and the owner sided with her which makes it clear that terrible management and customer service starts at the top!!!I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO EAT AT SUBWAY PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. and from the previous reviews I’Ve read, this seems to be a common issue with them here! #terrible!!! I have also left a review with corporate as well

This place needs to get on top of things. No restroom for custo.ers in the middle of a pandemic, yet you can eat in. How are people washing their hands? Might want to let people know they if you want a regular coke they haven't had any for ??? Worst subway I have ever gone to. Subway needs to get it together.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I come to this location often during my lunch break since I work nearby most of the staff is great but the last three times I’ve gotten the same female in her 20s hair in ponytail and never has a name tag be extremely rude to not just me but other customers she clearly is not happy with her job
