Forgot my chicken fries, and made my whopper wrong even with written instructions on the package, I got all the way home just to see that my whopper had all the things I requested off of it and no chicken fries, I shouldn’t have to check the bag every time I come to your restaurant

The cashier lady was very rude when talking our order and when a line started to form she went back into the kitchen and started yelling at all her coworkers. Food came out after 20 minutes, after the entire fight settled down.

Tried to use my “free fries with $3 purchase” from the Burger King app at the drive thru and the manager told me I would have to go on the app and order through there in order to redeem it even though the app clearly stated that I could use it there. I said no problem and drove across the street and spent more money at the clowns restaurant because of his terrible customer service over $2 fries that he could have just honored and earned my business. Sucks to suck 🤷♂️

July 11th sometime around 10 pm Ordered a #6 Fiery got home I thought it was going to be great, turns out the chicken was not cooked all the way. It was hard to bite, looks like they just threw the sauce on top of it and it was all over the bag. I try to give a BK another try, however, looks like they don't even care. Never buying anything from this store in St. Pauls NC. I don't really eat fast food for that same reason. Nasty sandwich. Waste of $ could only eat some of it. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
