Cute BK with Xmas tree on one of the tables. Staff behind counter was nice when we said the soda machine wasn't working. Impossible sandwich and fries were fresh and tasty.

Its the same ol same ol fast food place. Staff was some what on point. But most fast food workers get abused by customers so understand can't expect above and beyond all time.(speaking has a whole for fast food workers in general) was surprised that the dinning room was clean. In most places dinning rooms stay so busy it's hard to keep up.

This place is honestly quite sad!! I went to the drive through and placed an order and when I got to the window to pay, the employee wouldn’t open the window all the way, I’m assuming because it was cold. I asked her a question about whether or not they had an existing deal and she closed the window and began shaking her head with a nasty attitude and disposition. I tried to talk to her and she again cracked the window and I told her not to worry about my order because she had a horrible attitude. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away! I’m sorry but she needs to be fired and any manager that allows that type of behavior should be fired as well! If you are too cold to take someone’s order or answer a question….. find another opportunity, because customer service clearly is not for you!!

Forgot my chicken fries, and made my whopper wrong even with written instructions on the package, I got all the way home just to see that my whopper had all the things I requested off of it and no chicken fries, I shouldn’t have to check the bag every time I come to your restaurant

The cashier lady was very rude when talking our order and when a line started to form she went back into the kitchen and started yelling at all her coworkers. Food came out after 20 minutes, after the entire fight settled down.

Tried to use my ā€œfree fries with $3 purchaseā€ from the Burger King app at the drive thru and the manager told me I would have to go on the app and order through there in order to redeem it even though the app clearly stated that I could use it there. I said no problem and drove across the street and spent more money at the clowns restaurant because of his terrible customer service over $2 fries that he could have just honored and earned my business. Sucks to suck šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø
