Ordered milkshakes had to wait for them no big deal at all. The problem was they were not mixed at all. Mind you they were not busy at all. Said I wanted a refund the employee got all rude and said I can remix them. At this point thats what you should have done in the first place. Said no I'd like a refund tried to gas light me with how all of the other restaurants either there icecream is down or they don't have any 😅 this burger king used to be good but it's gone downhill

We don't often go to fast-food restaurants, but our kids were looking forward to it. The food was lukewarm, the meat had no color, and it was very light. The range of drinks was very limited—they didn't even have Coca-Cola! The floor was sticky with dirt, there were fries all over it, and we couldn't find a clean table.

For the crew tonight there were about three of them in there and they held it down! Thank you. My husband and I's Impossible Whoppers were cooked to perfection and the fries and onion rings were delicious.

Woodland drive through place my order at the drive-thru window and was behind a pickup truck then when I pulled up to the window I was given to my money and I was told to sit there until they come back to tell me to go to the next one to pick up my food I proceeded to go to the next one to pick up my food receive my drinks and everything and was told to pull to the parking lot and then bring my food out I sat in the parking lot about 10 minutes and I still didn't get any food after sitting there so long I want a proceeded to go inside and get my food stayed in there for a few minutes before I got my food was told that it had to cook but was at the drive-thru for a few minutes and stayed in the parking lot for minutes and stood inside for minutes and I finally got my food just took to long for food

I cant imagine why burger king hasnt gone under yet, traveling i decide to stop here for a breakfast burrito which online states has a sauce on it, first she gets my ordrr wrong and the tells me she cant refund me and then says i now havw to pay for the burrito as well !!! So 20 dollars later because of her incompatence, i then told the so called manager sausage on the burrito not bacon, she says we have to chatge you for sausage and the bacon, i said i didnt want the backone, didn't matter to her, she proceeds and charges me, then i get it and guess what !! No sauce either, i again asked her where the sauce was, she says we dont make it anymore, i said it says it comes on the burrito, nope it doesn't, so i got a dried out plain burrito that you can get from somewhere else with better quality then burger king, i woupd advise not to come here, do not eat here and unless you want to be charged for sauce as well this isnt the place to go. They use to be decent but not anymore, this place is terrible, i wouldnt bring my dog here. The managers dont kbow anything, arent trained and dont care about any customer that comes in the door, their just there to get a paycheck, GO ELSEWHERE !! AVOID, I HOPE THEY GO UNDER SOON, ill stick to chik fil A at this rate. No wonder theyre never busy.

My mom and I went to Burger King in St. Paul's, they over heard me tell my mom I was gonna take her pic with a crown hat on her for her birthday post. My birthday princess will be 85 Friday. They made her feel like a queen, brought her a piece of chocolate cream pie out and they all told her happy birthday.
