The biscuit was hard but most of the time the food is usually good but not that day. The apple pies are okay they shouldn't have changed the recipe not as good now.

I went there at 7:40 pm one day last week and I ordered 2 burger no pickles and no tomatoes. It had tomatoes and pickles on it and my burgers were smashed lettuce hanging all off the side of the burger. When I ask could they remake my sandwich I was told they can't remake it cause. They will be wasting food. Even though I paid for my food and it was made wrong. I throw my food in the trash and walked out. That is poor customer service.

We literally stood at the counter for 28 minutes waiting on a chicken biscuit and a breakfast burrito. Need I say more. Fast food at this place is the complete opposite. Very friendly staff but completely dysfunctional in operations.

Let me just say great staff and the breakfast biscuits I ordered were made to perfection. Generally I'll just post the review grade and keep it moving, however I had to personally tell the cooks those were probably the best breakfast biscuits I've ever had.

They don’t even let you call the store anymore. Was trying to let them know that something was wrong with the food sausage gravy was disgusting and something seemed wrong with it no way to let them know

3 piece chicken tenders were so small and dry, fries were cold and dry, double cheeseburgers were bland. I was told I couldn't receive a buy one get one for a dollar deal because the two items weren't the same after I got to the window, the cashier said I couldn't change my order because the food was already in the system. No receipt was given.

Pretty good food and service. My wife's ham n cheese was very small though and barely had any meat at all
So this morning I place a mobile order around 6:20 am. They open at 6:00 am today. It says my order would be ready at 6:25 am. I get there the drive thru box says the automated message and I say what I’m there for. No response. So I wait. I say hello a couple of times. Still no answer. After around 10 minutes I go up to the window to see if anyone is there. I don’t see anyone. So I loop back around and now another car is in front of me. He also gets no response and leaves. So again after I say hello a couple of times I go park in the parking lot to see if I can call the restaurant. No answer. Called twice. No way to get a refund on the app, couldn’t find a corporate number and couldn’t talk to anyone immediately. So I wait and wait bc I’ve already paid. Around 6:50 am, a car pulls up with someone who looks like a manger and someone else with her in the car. They go in and I give them a few minutes to settle in and I call the restaurant again. A nice lady answers and says the opening manager didn’t show up and that she does have my mobile order and to give her around 15 minutes since they just got there. After an hour I finally got my food. That’s ridiculous. I’m not mad at the people who showed up an hour late it’s not there fault. Whoever that opening manager is needs to be fired or something. I’m sorry to those ladies who had to come bust their butts and serve the line of people waiting. They were awesome and they didn’t even have an attitude like most workers would they were very nice! Wish I knew their names.
