So this morning I place a mobile order around 6:20 am. They open at 6:00 am today. It says my order would be ready at 6:25 am. I get there the drive thru box says the automated message and I say what I’m there for. No response. So I wait. I say hello a couple of times. Still no answer. After around 10 minutes I go up to the window to see if anyone is there. I don’t see anyone. So I loop back around and now another car is in front of me. He also gets no response and leaves. So again after I say hello a couple of times I go park in the parking lot to see if I can call the restaurant. No answer. Called twice. No way to get a refund on the app, couldn’t find a corporate number and couldn’t talk to anyone immediately. So I wait and wait bc I’ve already paid. Around 6:50 am, a car pulls up with someone who looks like a manger and someone else with her in the car. They go in and I give them a few minutes to settle in and I call the restaurant again. A nice lady answers and says the opening manager didn’t show up and that she does have my mobile order and to give her around 15 minutes since they just got there. After an hour I finally got my food. That’s ridiculous. I’m not mad at the people who showed up an hour late it’s not there fault. Whoever that opening manager is needs to be fired or something. I’m sorry to those ladies who had to come bust their butts and serve the line of people waiting. They were awesome and they didn’t even have an attitude like most workers would they were very nice! Wish I knew their names.

The Mushroom and Swiss burger, with extra shrooms and sauce, was F I Y A 🔥 at this Hardee's..likely the best I've ever had anywhere. The Hardee's bag deal, is prolly the best bag deal of all places, but I can't help but get the Shrooms and Swiss burger Every time. I have been highly disappointed at other places, more than a few times, when I get the craving, but dang this Hardee's is doing a lot right; all the way, front to back. Probably the nicest and most fun people I could ever ask for. It was a super great and blessed dining experience. You know you got to dine in if you get the extra sauce. Otherwise I'd be having a dirty bad ride for another two hours. Y'all rock. Hope I can find the exit again when I'm flyin south on 95. It's close off the highway, but all of a sudden it won't look like it. It will start to feel like it because of the surroundings looks like you approaching a neighborhood and then BAM it's on the RIGHT and comes up quick, bc there are trees or bushes and maybe a house or something.. it was 5 days ago. Almost looks residential for a minute. Be patient coming from 95..it's only 2 minutes, going slow, off highway, and Dang sure as heck is worth it! ☝️🎖️🤍💪✝️⚡🙏☝️🥦😎🦜💯🌠🤙🎆👍🏽😁🧨🪅🎇🚀🎁🧪✨👌🔥✝️🔥✝️🔥✝️☝️✝️

Sat in the parking lot over an hour waiting on my order, for it to be wrong of course. Instead of the manager making it right he rudely ask if I want a refund lol..yeah just give me my money bk and dt worry about me coming back.
