Small shop that can be busy at certain times. My daughter usually orders thru the app and it is always ready within the 10 mins we get there. Very rarely is there a mistake with the toppings so most of the employees pay attention to what you ordered online.

The two ladies working the counter are clueless and rude. Don't even bother telling them what you want, cause you won't get it, unless you're ready to correct them 10+ times. Got a tuna sandwich, had to explain to them that they're supposed to spread the tuna out and not just leave it in spaced out balls. Upon attempting to wrap my sub half of it spilled into the wrapper just for her to continue, and smear condiments all over the outside of the sub. 1/10 Won't be coming here again.

Extremely rude! Ordered online, sub was incorrect and they refused to fix it. Paid for extra cheese and did not receive it. Paid for large drink and was given a small anyway. No help from staff. They just acted like fixing their screw up was an inconvenience. If that’s the best you can do you should just close the place.

No good at all!!! The girls in there are rude as all get out. The door says open til 9pm and they told a older lady they couldnt made her a sub because they were closed. Knowing everything was still out on the bar. The bread is dry and the sub is a complete mess. St.pauls needs to get it together!!!!

Stopped by on way to job interview. Filling online orders but was quickly welcomed. Tried a new sandwich, very good but nothing I ever get at Subway is bad. Got cookies instead of chips this time. Didn't realize how good they were. Definitely be back here as I accepted the job I interviewed for. Will be having lunch here a lot now.

First of all, I started ordering online because the inside of this subway is always uncomfortable. It’s usually very humid and “sweaty” feeling, if that makes sense… not to mention, the staff has come off a little standoff-ish in the past.Also, never EVER order online from here. I’ve only ordered from here online maybe 3-4 times now, and up until today it was ok at best. Today, was the worst, there was almost no meat at all on our sandwiches. It was like they spread a 6” amount of meat on a foot long sub. I won’t be back and I’d advise against anyone else from doing the same until they fix things with this particular location. Sucks… I love Subway usually

Personally, I haven't been here since my order was totally wrong in November 2023. I placed an order for steak footlong all the veggies, no olives and toasted. I had specific instructions to mark the sub without olives. They put olives on my sub, didn't toast either sub and poor customer service after 4 pm. I absolutely hate olives! Luckily my husband loves olives, but don't place an online order with them and to top everything off, they forgot my cookie. Poor atmosphere, sour attiudes and so unprofessional.
