Totally classic roadside family restaurant from days past. Absolutely spotless inside, friendly staff, great food, a huge menu and most importantly great coffee!
Worst place I have eaten in....chicken on special....only had legs and thighs....very dry...hamburger steak burned...baked potato had been baked for some time....steamed vegetables had an inch of water on them and were cold.. several waitresses...had to flag one down if refill was needed . won't return.

This place is nothing like the original owners of years ago. Not even close. I have tried it over the years since and I have to say the people who own it now are the worst. I will never go back until it is sold again and will check it out. The food is just awful. Can't even cook a hamburger.

We went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the marinated chicken sandwich on brioche bun. My husband had a hamburger with a side of cole slaw. The chicken had nice flavor but it was tough; it came on a hamburger bun. The fries were not good. I didn't know you could mess up frozen crinkle cut fries until today. The hamburger was not good either. Just a dry patty. Cole slaw was good. Our food came quickly which indicated it had been cooked for awhile. We waited and waited for our check; finally just walked to the counter to check out. Staff was pleasant but not overly friendly or welcoming. Our bill was about $14/15 which is cheap these days. We got what we paid for and we will not go back.

Our server was fantastic and helpful, after we placed our order we waited maybe 10 minutes, the food was fantastic and large portions and very affordable!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of highchairs available.
Parking: The large parking lot out back was great.
