This used to be the best Bojangles in Eastern North Carolina. They have progressively gotten worse especially in the last 30 days. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru on a weekday morning. Hire some more staff or something...

I visited Bojangles yesterday again and was very pleased as usual. I'll have to say one thing about this chain restaurant... they are consistent in the taste ,freshness of delivered products and service. The restaurant in Selma North Carolina always has an extremely long line in the drive through but they really keep the line moving so your wait is not terribly long. We went in to avoid the line and we were in and out.. Good food and service. We parked right near the door. Handicapped parking is available.

Staff were above & beyond. Food was delicious. 10/10. Went multiple times and each time the staff were pleasant and polite.

I have been coming here for many many years but the in the last year yall are constantly forgetting to put everything in the bag. Out of 20 times 5 may be right and it’s always the gravy or the wrong sandwich. I hate doing reviews but today I get all the way home and there is no gravy in a biscuit and gravy combo only a biscuit and some Bo rounds. That’s the main food in this combo that was missing and it’s become a constant issue. Always the gravy. Order a tailgate special last month guess what was missing the gravy. This is ridicules. This menu has not changed since it was established in 1980. So why now is it constantly being forgotten in the bag. I don’t even come that much because it’s to expensive to eat out all the time but good lord. I get this is the busiest bojangles in the county and y’all do well with getting people through the line inside and out and the food is always good and the staff is always very pleasant. Just need to fix the process of the installation of the food into the bag.

Arrived for dinner 9:20pm, one hour & forty minutes before closing on a Friday eve, but was refused entry by angry looking young female to dine inside and use facilities. Drive-thru Only was not posted. Drove next door to Wendy's and received friendly welcome inside by young man performing all duties wearing a boot on his injured foot, mopping, trash cans, register and food delivery, while his three or four well-fed (female) coworkers were gathered around the driveup window bascally doing nothing. The young man thanked us for the small tip we gladly gave. Will remember next time which restaurant at this major highway exchange allows access to restrooms and clean, well-lit dining room in which the franchise owner invests.

I walked in and waited all of 1 minute to order AND my food came out just as fast! The service was excellent! Super nice people so much I had to compliment them on it! The food was just as wonderful as my whole experience. I could have eaten another steak and cheese biscuit it was soo delicious. True story. Props to this location all around. The drive thru was super fun and still had my order ASAP. THANK YOU STAFF AT THIS BOJANGLES! YOU GUYS DEFINITELY DESERVE THIS PRAISE! ! !

The people working in this location are amazing. Unmatched hospitality, morning drive thru efficiency, and accuracy. The flavor delivered everything I've come to love about Bojangles. Well done!
