I normally don't review,but this happens every time I go here.I ask for extra seasoning on the fries and when I get them there is none on them at all.Then I have to pull back around and go inside to get the few little pinches of seasoning they give you.Seasoning shortage?

Went thru drive threw refused to serve us cause they said we did not follow the sign for drive thur. There was No Sign. The worker taking orders in the Parking lot ran & put side infront of light pole. The lady taking orders would not even talk to us until we got to the window to pay. Was Very Rude. Your lose for sure...

They don't open at 5am when the workers are on the road.
My wife stopped at this Bojangles after church to grab carry out. We had six different meals ordered around $45 worth and at least one item with every single meal was wrong. It’s like they just chose whatever side they wanted us to have and threw it in the bag, the one order of fries we did get were cold and dark and in some cases didn’t even get what we ordered. Bojangles has now lost my service.

Sorry, I can't rank ?. The line of traffic was to the street. I went back after about 20 minutes, got in the parking lot barely. The line wasn't moving hardly any. Decided to go inside and line was pass the trashcan. So no Bo today ?. Maybe next time ?

During my visit, I had a very large order. I could tell one of the employees was new, and was getting frustrated trying to remember everything that came with my order. I'm not sure of her name, but one of the young ladies patiently walked him through everything, even though they were slammed and she was probably needed elsewhere. I always enjoy coming to this location and will usually go out of my way just to make sure I visit here instead of other locations.
I don't rant but I'm absolutely done with selma bojangles!! Asked for crispy fry's nit soggy warm potatoes an chicken biscuits cooked this time the last 3 I got raw an cold in the center an this time I got a chicken sandwich! I asked at the window if I cold have crispy fry's an there response was they are in the bag I picked up an floppy warm fry an asked if this was what he believed was crispy an he said that's the best we can do! I've asked many times about the partially uncooked chicken an the response is similar each time that they get busy an the fryers cool down an some done get fully cooked but it's OK an want make you sick! I'm just don't I've waited to long to say it
